Finally, at peace within the four walls of her bedroom, Somi fell back on her bed, air escaping her lungs in a heavy breath out. She looked up at the ceiling, recalling her family car driving away from the school grounds with Hyunwoo in her father's hands and not hers. Another exhale, and Somi closed her eyes, trying to find peace in the decision she had made.

It's only temporary.

"Somi?" Knuckles tapped against Somi's door, and she opened her eyes, turning her head to Hyungwon, who stood in the doorway.

"I may prepare a hot chocolate if you would like one in the living room", The male proposed, and Somi gave a slight nod of her head.

"Can I ask you a question?" Somi wondered, and Hyungwon blinked back, not denying the thought.

"How old are you?" She asked, and Hyungwon put a hand to his chest, a small comical look of offence being put on.

"One must never ask a woman her age" It should have been dramatised, but Hyungwon's tone was as steady and even as it always was.

"Sorry, madam", Somi apologised, sitting up slowly as Hyungwon exhaled.

"Older than you can probably fathom", Hyungwon answered gently, and Somi nodded.

"Does that mean you've spent your time with a lot of people like me?" A second question was asked.

"Only a few," Hyungwon bowed, his hand still on his chest, "but none quite like yourself, Somi" To his full height once more, Hyungwon's eyes remained on Somi as she approached.

"You must be a very hard worker for you to be at the level you're at now," She noticed, enticing a slight nod from Hyungwon.

"I have participated in a lot of training in my time. There are some periods that I will not see a human being for many seasons" The young woman followed the elegant tale of the other and his life to the small kitchen, eyes stuck to Hyungwon like she was entranced by every word he created.

"Really?"

"For a resident, there are many of times where their owner passes, and they are given no choice but to wait for the next chosen one to be gifted to. Others are lost in the wind, hiding amongst the trees and the birds, unbeknownst to those passing them by, for not just anyone can handle them. Many are unwanted, kept in custody but never summoned by their owner, for they are not the person's preferred butler" Now that Hyungwon had informed her, Somi realised that she had never thought of the possibility. It occurred to her that just like many other things in life, it couldn't be helped.

"Is that when you did a lot of your training?" Somi asked, careful if the male wouldn't want to delve further.

"Yes," Hyungwon nodded, "when you are faced with endless time, there is also all the time in the world to improve yourself for when the fated person arrives to you", He explained. Somi nodded, turning on the kettle.

"When it's all over, do you miss that person?"

"We do feel things. It is not a facade to please you" Hyungwon quickly answered the question that could have been considered offensive if he had been the sensitive type.

"It all depends on the one who kept you; for some, it would be painful; for others, it would be freedom."

"Right, not everyone is treated kindly", Muttered Somi, looking down at her hands.

"Not every person can be lucky", Hyungwon agreed with Somi, just as quiet as she spoke.

"How are you feeling?" Somi's head turned to the male of interest, blinking her eyes at him. Changkyun clasped his hands at his back and bowed facing Somi, who breathed out but never told him off for keeping things so formal.

"I am feeling much better, thank you, Somi", He answered, and Somi smiled.

"All better?" She checked again, Changkyun nodded.

"I am prepared to carry out the day", Changkyun assured, and Somi hummed as her head bobbed, nodding to herself.

"Great!" Somi bounced out of her seat with Changkyun's eyes trailing her every movement.

"It is?" Changkyun wondered aloud. Somi immediately nodded hastily with a triumphant 'mhm' to further prove that it was, in fact, great that Changkyun was back to being himself.

"Of course it is", She continued, Changkyun watching her with a hidden fondness that followed her in the eyes that he had pinned to her.

"There are things that I wanna do together, and I want you to be included in those things."

"There are?" Somi nodded, busying her hands as her feet guided her from one side of the room to the other, fueling her thoughts.

"And with Hyunwoo, if he comes around, of course. There are many things I want to do as a group so that we can all get along with each other" Somi pondered deeper into her thoughts. Changkyun continued to follow her with his eyes as she went back and forth, back and forth, trying to draw a conclusion on all of her thinking.

"But maybe we could start now," She muttered to herself, "We don't know how long Hyunwoo will be gone for, and we can't go without progress and getting to know each other just because he isn't here with us."

"We should," She nodded and scrunched up her face, "we should", Somi encouraged herself more determinedly.

"I've made up my mind!" She threw a fist in the air, and Changkyun awaited the reveal of her devised plan with his hands kept clasped at his back.

"I will call Hyungwon out! Do you think he'll be ok with that?" Somi bit down on her lip and shuffled towards her room, where she safely kept Hyungwon and Changkyun's cards. She held her hand out, hesitating for a moment before she formed a loose fist and knocked the same way Hyungwon knocked on her door. She waited for any sign of refusal from Hyungwon, but the card grew empty, and delight pulled the corner of her lips upwards, crossing her legs at the ankles and spinning on her heels to face the male upon his arrival.

"Hyungwon!" Somi expressed her delight at the sight of Hyungwon standing next to Changkyun.

"Everything is ok. I hope Somi" Hyungwon bowed. Somi nodded, clasping her hands at her chin as she grinned.

"I have made a decision!" She told the pair, bouncing on her toes.

"We would be delighted to know" Hyungwon nodded.

"We will go forth with our plans to go out!" Somi declared, only for her eyes to widen and her excitement to halt.

"That is so long as it is ok with the both of you, of course."

"The plans you had before we were invited to dinner by your father?" Questioned Hyungwon, Somi nodded, biting down on her lip. Changkyun and Hyungwon looked at each other, silently conversing with each other while Somi waited.

"That is more than ok with us if that is your wish, Somi."

"Yes!" Somi cheered, pumping her fists.

"Get dressed to be seen in public; we're leaving the dormitory!" She explained, quickly rushing over to her closet to pick out an outfit.

"Oh," She spun her head around to look at the two males, who had almost disappeared before she stopped them.

"And more casual than when we went to dinner, we'll be moving around a lot" With the last command, Somi waved, and the two disappeared. She hummed to herself, picking out her school's hoodie with a shirt to put underneath to go with her favourite pair of gym leggings. She changed quickly and scampered back to the kitchen area, full of beans now that they would be leaving the dorm to do something together. There was an unstoppable grin that Somi couldn't hide, even when she tried biting it down once Hyungwon and Changkyun were ready to go.

"Organised?" She checked.

"Ready to go", Changkyun responded, delighting Somi.

"Let's go then!" Somi shut the door, double-checking it was locked before she was skipping down the hall, ignoring Changkyun trying to get their destination out of her.

"You will have to wait and see Changkyun. It appears Somi has no desire to answer you" Hyungwon sighed, being the one to attempt to stop the group from being so loud before they caused a disturbance.

"Yeah, Changkyun" Somi poked her tongue out, and Changkyun gasped.

"So not called for", He accused, making Somi fill the elevator with her laughter as they entered.

"Somi, what is this place?" Asked Hyungwon, he looked around with caution of the music playing loudly and the people around them.

"Take your shoes and socks off. I'll explain in a moment."

"Have you invited us to do something that will be fun?" Changkyun wondered. Somi looked to Changkyun, nodding with a hopeful smile.

"I do hope that you will both come to like the place", She responded. Changkyun hummed, examining the place.

"You can enter through this gate once you have put your things in a locker," The staff member pointed, and Somi followed the pointing finger, nodding to show that she understood.

"Thank you" Somi bowed, Changkyun and Hyungwon quickly following.

"Now," Hyungwon shut the gate once they were all on the other side, and he remained cautious, "will you tell us where we are and what we are doing here?"

"This is the local trampoline and play park!" Somi gestured as they walked through tables all arranged for families to sit and enjoy food.
