Taeyong | Time Stamp
NCT Drabble/One-Shot CollectionTrigger Warning: death, violence
[10:15pm]
Taeyong struggled against the weight of the hand holding him down after being slammed down on a pool table, unable to move when he heard the sound of a gun being cocked behind his ear.
The agency would have a field day seeing their best agent being manhandled at gun point.
“You’ve lost your touch, Lee,” someone said from behind him, but instead of the voice of what he expected to be a burly man with the ferocity of how he had been incapacitated, he heard a very familiar female’s voice. “This is saddening.”
He dared to get up and turn around to face his assailant only to find the single person he cared most about in the world, also the same person he presumed dead after he pulled the trigger with his own finger three years ago.
“Y/N?” he asked in a shaky whisper, unable to believe his eyes when you removed your mask. He shook his head then. “No…You’re dead.”
You feigned offense, clutching at your chest with your free hand rather dramatically. “That’s harsh, my love. Didn’t you miss me at all?”
He wanted to touch you, wanted nothing but to die, too, when he shot you under orders and left you for dead. He had it coming, if not by you then by another’s hand. When your body wasn’t found, however, he knew you’d come.
“Very much.” Taeyong sighed. “How are you here?” Tears blurred his vision at the sight of you, alive and well, ready to take the vengeance he welcomed
