I know I haven't posted a new chapter in a bit so putting this on hiatus is probably no surprise. But I just wanted to state it officially. I really did try and start a new chapter but I just couldn't do it. The plan was to follow the characters through the holidays but it was too hard. This Thanksgiving and Christmas were the first ones without my dad. This story started as a way to work through my emotions and when it came to putting those emotions into words for everyone to see, it was entirely too difficult.
