its a 7 hours flight back to Korea, the woman beside him has been quiet for a while until he notice that she fell asleep. he’s really anxious, he can’t stop thinking that they’ll part as soon as they land, and here he is still not knowing her name. ‘pabo Hanbin’ 

his eyes widen when he felt her leaning on his shoulder, he tried to look at her face but she still looks asleep ‘ah chinja, you’re driving me nuts’ he tilted his head towards hers and took a shuteye himself

they landed and Hanbin felt the emptiness, he looked to his left and found her awake

“Hi” he waved his hand and the woman looked down and started to fiddle on her bag

“Thank you so much, don’t worry I’ll pay you. I have my card with me, I was hesitant to withdraw when we were in Singapore, I thought they might charge me high and my cash won’t still be enough to buy me a ticket” 

she looks panicked so he cut her off and gave her a smile “don’t worry about it, no worries”

“I don’t know how to thank you enough, really” they are walking out and Hanbin’s heart is about to explode knowing they will go seperate ways soon

“here you go” she hands him the money

“are you okay?” she asked because he’s been quiet since they got out of the plane

“I ... I don’t even know your name yet” Hanbin said and she blinked at him

“I believe when someone know the true name of a person, they hold power over them, just like in the legends” she smirked and they started to walk towards the exit

“if I give you my name and you gave me yours, will you come running to me if I call you?” she looked back at him, “I’d be disappointed if you won’t” 

am I ready for that responsibility? ... what? 

“Kim Hanbin” he suddenly stick out his hand to her, they are near the exit now and he’s panicking, what if she won’t tell him her name? why is it so important anyway? — to stalk her when he gets home, obviously.

she took his hand and shook it “Lee Hayi imnida” she laughed while looking at his smiling face. her laughter just became his favorite sound, but it died down too soon for his liking

she pointed to a direction away from him

“I’ll go now, Kim Hanbin-sshi, thank you very much” she bowed and started to walk away

the cold air that went through the doors slapped him back into reality, its time to go. as he was watching her leave, he turned away from her
