“follow me please” Chaerin called out to the young Immortals as they entered her Underworld palace. Jiyong and Dara were the only ones who accompanied them, it would be too crowded if every parents send off their own children.

“arrange yourself by age please” Chaerin called out again, but this time no body moved. how do they know where their age sits?

“oh for Haeven’s sake. line up according to when I call you —

Mino, Seungyoon, Jinhwan, Jaewon, Taehyun, Jiwon, Jennie, Chanhyuk, Suhyun, Hayi, Hanbin, Donghyuk, Junhoe, Chae Young”

“jump into the portal after the person on your left, understand?” they all nodded

“this is my first time going to the Human realm through this portal, how come we’re not just apparating there?” Seungyoon still doubting this event

“honey, this is the safest way. and it’s for you to surrender your powers. trust me” Chaerin wink at them

“whenever you’re ready Your Highness” she was refering to Mino to start the jump

Mino looked at his parents with wary smile “see you in a bit” he said and jumped into the portal. 

realization suddenly struck Seungyoon when he heard what Mino said “wait! no!” he started to protest but Chaerin pushed him into the portal “aish don’t make too much of a gap, come on next!” Jinhwan jumped into the portal in panic, he didn’t want to be pushed as well “aish!! not that fast, count to 3 or 5 at least!” Chaerin said that agitated the young Immortals, unsure of what to do now. “ah! whatever! just go when you feel like it, I don’t care anymore” she gave up and they jumped one after another

“see you up there Hayi-ah” Suhyun beamed and then she jumped hand in hand with her twin

Hayi swallowed hard, she felt eyes watching her and she look to her right. Hanbin is smiling “don’t worry Your Highness, everything will be fine. we’ll be up there with you. I can even show you around if you want” his word comforted her a little

“please” Hanbin gestured his hand into the portal and Hayi jumped after waving at her parents, Hanbin followed only a second after, and the last three followed soon after a lot of shoving.

“did you erase their memories of the Underworld and Heavenly realm?” Jiyong asked Chaerin as they near the edge of the portal

“of course Your Majesty, I altered their memories so no one would remember they’re from our realms, they’ll only regain it when they are ready to come back. I hope you don’t mind but I changed their Fate a little harsher than intended. they can only come back when they deserve to be back”

“that’s fine. did Immortal Match Maker and Trouble Maker coordinated with you?”

“yes Your Highness, everything is weaved in the Third Generation’s Fates. both Immortals will pay them a visit soon”

Human Realm: Hayi

“Hayi. Hayi wake up”

“5 more minutes” she’s hiding inside the comforter awake

“Hayi I swear I’m going, I have no time for your bull, your flight is leaving”

Hayi stood up an hour later, she packed her things and threw away the torn plane ticket to Korea with the note ‘goodluck finding a way back’

it will be dark soon and she’s still dragging her suitcase around the city, unsure of what to do. she stopped at a bridge, feeling the warmth of the air hit her face, she close her eyes. . this. life.

Hanbin

he’s happy, though this is the last day of his trip. he went to a tropical country knowing there would be beautiful subjects to take photo’s of. this is his first time visiting Singapore, although it’s a small country it sure has a different vibe than Korea. 

he’s walking down the path of Marina’s bridge, eye on his camera, lense looking for for the perfect subject and finger ready to capture it.

Hanbin swallowed hard while he’s staring at the picture he captured.

he looked up and saw the woman leaning on the railings now, panic clouded his mind

“Yah! agassi! don’t jump!” he’s still quite far to be heard so he ran as fast as he could to reach her

as soon as he closes in, he grab her arm and yank her backwards

“what the hell” the woman’s eyes widen

“don’t jump” Hanbin was breathing hard, his hands went up to the woman’s face “whatever it is, its not worth your life okay?”

the woman stared back at him, pulled her face away from his shakey hands

and after a while she started to laugh

“I’m not going to jump” she waits for him to realize what she said “I was just ... breathing”

“its okay. thank you, it meant a lot” she sadly smile
