THE RESULTS ARE IN!
ESCAPE — An EXO Writing Contest | RESULTS ARE POSTED!According to the bidding calendar here on Asianfanfics, it is officially March 1st and the results are now in! I originally was going to make you guys wait till the last moment possible, but it turns out that I am the one that can't wait!
For those of you who might be frantically scrolling to find your name and/or the winners, please stay tuned for instructions! Before we get into winners and prizes, I would like to once again thank all of you for joining and whole heartedly participating in this contest. I had high hopes for all of your entries, and our judges were most definetly not disapointed. All of you managed to create unique and eye-opening stories that sets the bar high for stories here on AsianFanfics. For this reason, I applaud and congratulate you on your accomplishments— I hope you too are able to see your success and pat yourself on the back for all of your hard work.
I would also like to take this time to thank all of you who worked behind the scenes to make this contest happen. A special thank you to our guest judges, Mesa and Hanin! This contest literally would not have become reality if I did not have your support and help with ideas, entries, and of course, judging! Another special thank you to Chroma and Asphyxy for providing beautiful graphics for the contest and prizes, I appreciate you two so much! And of course, thank you to the long list of individuals who donated karma and advertising to the contest. You can find all of these contributors names and profiles here.
Since it was the mission of this contest to encourage you all to step outside of your comfort zones, create something unique, and join others in writing, we wanted to make sure that you remembered the most important aspect of this contest, which is not the results, but the journey. For this reason, we have not listed the results traditionally below, instead you will find posters labeled with the award's title (such as "first place winner of escape"). To view the winner of the award, click on the poster and it will redirect you to the winning story. I encourage you to subscribe, upvote, and take a moment to read these stories! And please remember, if you do not find your story listed below as a winner, please do not be discouraged! Regardless of whether or not you win a prize, your story is still worthwhile and you are still a writer nonetheless.
For those of you who will recieve an award, you can view your prize(s) listed below, but we will also be privately messaging you any details you may need to recieve said prize. In the same, the posters used to announce the winners will also belong to you, that way you can show off your award in the foreword/description of your story if you so wish, or simply keep them for sentimental value (the link to your corresponding poster will be provided to you for your use). All entries should have already recieved a 500 Karma Point prize for participating in the contest from Thesydney— please contact her if you did not recieve your entry prize.
As an additional surpise prize, I have won the bid for today and I intend to rotate the 1st - 3rd win
