Nayeon sat against the wall with the stupid plastic bags on her shoes, glancing up from her phone to see how Dahyun was getting on with her swimming lessons. She had recently moved up in group and was doing very well. Currently though, she was sitting on the side of the pool with the other people in her class, kicking the water with her feet and playing around with them while the swimming instructor was at the other end of the pool, helping a student with the backstroke.

"Omma," Nayeon's attention was torn away from Dahyun to the little girl that had hidden herself in Nayeon's embrace," How much longer? I...I don't like it here." It didn't surprise Nayeon in any way, Tzuyu hated anything to do with swimming and swimming pools and usually, at this time of day, she was at Jackson's house for Chinese lessons so never came to the swimming centre. But today, Mark was sick and, without a Chinese teacher, no Chinese lessons were happening. Jihyo was busy at meetings and Jeongyeon had already left the house to pick Chaeyoung up from Sowon's house so Nayeon had to take Tzuyu with her to the pool with Dahyun.

"Nearly there," Nayeon assured her, reaching into her bag to take out Tzuyu's dog plushy and hand it to her. Nayeon had planned ahead, Tzuyu got highly uncomfortable when pushed outside of her comfort zone and the only things that could calm here were Jihyo or her puppy toy. "Just, maybe fifteen minutes more and then we'll go home. Okay, sweetheart?" Tzuyu pouted, squeezing the plushy tightly and nuzzling closer into her mother's embrace. "Hey," Nayeon said again when she noticed Tzuyu's pouty face," It's okay. No more pouty Tzuyu, okay? Happy Tzuyu, we'll be going home soon." At Tzuyu's nod, Nayeon wrapped her arm around her youngest daughter and glanced back at her oldest.

Dahyun had since left the side of the pool, treading water while she clung on to the side, waiting her turn as the instructor helped one of the other students back onto the side so they could sit there again. "You ready Dahyun?" Nayeon could hear the instructor from all the way at the other end of the room. Nayeon could barely make out Dahyun's grin from this distance away but she knew it was there.
