Kpop Diet Experiment

Okaaay. So basically i've flunked every single diet regimen that i had set for myself. But its summer now, college starts in about 2-3 weeks. So i have nothing exactly to do with my life so i have decided that i want to go on another diet! (i already know im gonna fail this one too...) BUT ANYWAYS, I want to try a series of diet plans made by kpop idols to see which one actually work :) And i can only do these "diets" on monday-friday because i have work on the weekends. Like on saturdays i work 10am-9pm and on sundays i work 12pm-9pm so im gonna need a lot of energy so i usually eat at the food court with my coworker and we usually share a meal but thats not the point.

So im gonna try doing these diets for no more than 3 days due to my lack of sufficient energy and my low metabolism. And to see which diet helps you lose weight "fast". These are fad diets, so they aren't gonna have long lasting outcomes which is why i do not wanna spend so much time sticking to a certain plan.

Im also gonna do a diet rules page, and then post an after type of explanation and how much i lost, and then repeat for each diet plan i decide to do.
