So i weighed myself on the first day and im actually 122 lbs instead of 125 (even though i ate rlly unhealthy yesterday...)

In in conclusion, this diet didnt rlly work that great for me.. I didnt exactly lose 10 pounds which is pretty depressing and sad. But i did lose 2 pounds at least so yeah. I mean i didnt rlly eat the right foods for the diet since i either did an alternative food regimen or didnt eat it at all. But yeah i weighed 120 on the fourth day f dieting.

And on the third day of the diet, I had fainted right before dinner which was reaaallly bad. I was getting ready for work and i suddenly passed out for a bit. Luckily i didnt get hurt. But this diet wasnt the best option and there are totally much better diets out there. I do not recommend this diet to anyone.
