MILITARY DIET RULES
Kpop Diet ExperimentSo i decided to start with this one because i have work on the weekend but i have 3 days before the weekend so yaaa. Except i have work on friday at 6pm which is fine. I'll just probably eat the last dinner at like 4 or something.
So the rules are (im gonna be changing it up a bit cause i dont eat meat often so im just gonna cut that out):
DAY ONE BREAKFAST
- cup of tea
- peanut butter on toast
- half a grapefruit
DAY ONE LUNCH
- cup of tea
- slice of toast
- half a cup of tuna
DAY ONE DINNER
- 1 cup of green beans
- half of a banana
- half an apple
DAY TWO BREAKFAST
- slice of toats
- boiled egg
- half of a banana
DAY TWO LUNCH
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- boiled egg
- 5 saltine crackers
DAY TWO DINNER
- 1 cup of broccoli
- half a cup of carrots
- half of a banana
DAY THREE BREAKFAST
- slice of cheddar cheese
- half an apple
- 5 saltine crackers
DAY THREE LUNCH
- slice of toast
- boiled egg
DAY THREE DINNER
- 1 cup of tuna
- half of a banana
Tomorrow is gonna be hell.
