Description

You and I are walking parallel lines, searching for a way to be together at the end. We’re a bit clumsy now, but you’re coming closer to me and I’m getting closer to you. (Lyric Story, Oneshot, Non-AU)

This story is inspired by TVXQ’s song Love Line. Parallel Lines is its original song title.

I made this as tribute to Yunho and Jaejoong overcoming the hurdles in their relationship after TVXQ’s split. So there will be pieces of angst and flashbacks of drama but still a happy ending for YunJae.

Chapter 1: Chapter 1: This!!!! This is the culmination of all the times you talk to us about YunJae and the social media shoutouts, their secret meetings, the rings, their coinciding schedules... everything in one beautiful fic! Ah, I love the narrative of this. I usually don't like song fics much but this is really good and the song fits so well. Maybe because it is about them, but yea, it's so sweet and beautiful. And there are many moments that hit pretty close to home for me. I'm kinda glad it's from Yunho's side now because it makes it seem a bit more grounded? Like, it's something new, at least to me. Hahahaha. Idk, I like it when the seme is pining after the beautiful uke. And the pics at the end are the perfect ending! Lovely read~ ❤
