About Us
Hi (•°-°)• Welcome to the CBnT writing contest! We are two girls desperately searching for new and original fics, and in this contest we are open to all of your ideas; from cute and fluffy to dark and mysterious to mature and explicit (we're both off-age) etc... Anything is welcomed! ~(^•^)~
Down below we have stated our personal preferences (such as likes and dislikes) regarding the content of your submitted story/stories. However, it's not obligatory to follow these preferences while writing, although, we do recommend not to add the dislikes unless it is well incorporated into the plot or necessary for the evolution of the story. Also, please keep in mind that it's crucial to focus your story on one of the main couples listed below (under 'Couple List & Likes/Dislikes') for it to be a valid entry.
If you have any questions regarding anything at all, and we do mean anything, don't be afraid to ask! There are no stupid questions, so just ask away! ^^,
We'd be overly euphoric if you joined our contest, so please do!!
Rules & Guidelines
001. You must subscribe and upvote this writing contest.
002. The story must be focused on at least one of the MAIN couples listed below (under 'Couple List & Likes/Dislikes'), therefore no ”character-centric” stories with no romantic relationships, nor polygamy, are accepted. Note: Even though your story must focus on at least one of the main couples, the other 'main couples' can be used as side couples. Although, as mentioned earlier, following the likes and dislikes aren’t a necessity.
003. There’s no word limit. Your story can be however long or short you’d like!
004. This is a one-shot writing contest, but you are allowed to divide it up to a four-shot.
005. The story must be completed before the deadline (December 31, 2018), but you can enter with an already completed story or while your story is still ongoing. Note: We do not accept stories started/uploaded before the 1st of January 2018.
006. We really appreciate some sort of poster, even if it's just a picture from the internet, albeit preferably related to the story :-)
007. Beta readers and co-authors are allowed, but the 'original' writer gets the prize. If you choose to divide it between one another it’s up to you.
008. There is no limit as to how many stories you can submit, but each author can only win one prize. So, if you submit +3 stories and all of them are podium-worthy, only one will be able to bring home the trophy. Just make sure to fill out a new submit-form for each story (see 'How To Join' below for more information) •u•
009. You're allowed to enter other contests with your admitted story/stories, but make sure that the host/hosts of the other writing contest are aware and okay with it too.
010. Your submitted story/stories must be posted on asianfanfics.com, we do not accept stories posted on other sites (such as ao3, livejournal, wattpad etc.), since the prizes apply to asianfanfics-members only.
011. If you have any questions, please ask us in the comments down below.
NOTE: You will be disqualified if you do not follow the basic rules, bash other contestants, and/or if your story is plagiarized!
