BYEOLJARI, SOUTH KOREA

Byeoljari is located southwest of Incheon and is part of the northern west coast of South Korea. It will approximately take an hour and a half to travel from Seoul to the said district. It is part of Chungnam Province and has roughly 394,000 number of population.

Aside from its rich set of beaches made famous by the various water sports and heavenly seafood delicacies it offers, Byeoljari is best known for its educational exclusivity and competence that gave it the name - Cardinal County.

This is where important or should I say, cardinal members of society send their children to study before doing what they are bound to contribute to either the economic or political world - and yes, even in show business and in sports. Business moguls, tycoons, senators, congressmen, millionaire athletes, well-known producers or celebrities, even the president himself! Name it and they all knew where they should send their heirs and heiresses to to achieve the highest level of education - Cardinal County.

Though, if you're thinking what school was so great to have this kind of appraisal then you're wrong. Because it is not only one school we're talking about - but four actually.

An elite Performing Arts and Sports Academy, an International University, a prominent All-Boys Reform School with an almost-perfect success rate and a Private All-Girls Institute all established in this highly-urbanized district. Some even labeled it the "Miami of South Korea," and it sure shows.

The place was developed mostly for youth - for the futures of the society; to teach them and make them understand how the world works, how they can rule it and make it better. But what people fail to realize is that youth have voices of their own - they can rule without others dictating them what they should and should not do, yet they are the ones who are most capable of defying the rules.

They are already powerful on their own and somehow, this started everything.
