The silence engulfs the room, as I lay in my bed contimplating about my life. 

It's my birthday today my love. 

"What's your wish?!" 

People tend to ask that on birthdays — others wishes for good health, some wishes for the things they want in their lives. Materialistic or not. 

But for me, I only wish for one thing — 

For you to come back.. 

Is it a wish? Probably to them, as I always whisper every night; 

"Please, come back." 

It has been a routine since, a silent whisper, that is filled with hope, with love, with pain.. 

Don't you know that I missed you today? Its my first time to celebrate this occasion without you.. And it pains me so much. 

Birthdays should be fun they say —

But, I am lost in space. 

I am stuck between dream and reality. The dimentions of the two are far off. 

The reality that is waiting for its acceptance and the wonderful dream that is waiting for its freedom. 

"If you could go back in the past of your life, which part will you choose?" 

The part that I will choose, will definitely the day I get to know you.
