My impression

This story is about a master and his "ugly" servant, the master is pretty mean and , while the girl is loyal and nice. After accident happens, the servant has to take care of her master and despite how he treated her before, she eventually becomes the only one who stays beside him. It was sweet and fluffy story with great character growth of the male lead. It's also pretty funny at times with the naive and innocent servant, it's also very touching. Reccommended read. :D
