Naeun could hear the soft strums of guitar coming from the room next door, a small tranquil smile on her lips. She was sitting on the windows back then, her back against the window frame, her eyes staring out at the clear night sky without looking back at the messy room she had instead. Well, it wasn't entirely messy. Her walls were painted blue. Her artworks hanging on it in a certain pattern like in an arts museum. Glow in the dark stars were pasted on her ceiling, just as marvelous at the sky outside. Some stars were already dull with almost no glow coming from it. Some stars... are still shining bright like she had remembered.

Naeun heard it, the way the girl next door was singing softly under the moonlight. It was only the start of the school year, about four weeks, but it felt like a lot of things happened. Some of it includes her neighbor, the girl next door, who she wasn't really fond of at the start.

The tall brunette remembered it quite well, how annoyed she was of the girl next door. She remembered how the band member next door literally played P!ATD's songs in loud speakers the first nigh
