*the day before*

I woke up already irritated since I knew I would have to spend most of my day with my father and Yeonjung’s dad. I reluctantly got up and got dressed in some business causal attire since I knew I would have to dress to impress. My driver picked me up and took me to the head quarters. As I walked into the large building I thought to myself “Is this whole marriage thing is really still happening I thought they would’ve changed their minds by now like they always do.” I was lead up to the penthouse where my father was sitting with YeonJung and her family. She gave me a slight smile which I decided not to return. The parents talked for about another 2 hours about mergers and how Yeonjung and I looked good together. I could tell she enjoyed hearing about our possible future but all of this only made me stressed. After that aggravating experience Yeonjung caught up to me before I got into my car “Hey! Kim Doyeon you’ve been gone for 3 years and you can’t even acknowledge me!” I looked at her dead in the eye and said “ Yeonjung there’s nothing left between us to acknowledge.” Afterwards I got in the car and immediately told the driver to take me to club galaxy since I needed the stress relief. I got out of the car and was making my way to the VIP check in but just as I  walked by the entrance I saw a short girl struggling to walk. I wanted to go over and help her so that she wouldn’t fall but as I got closer I realized who it was. Yoojung began throwing up and I immediately held her hair back gently.
