Chapter 4
My PetJunhui woke up the next morning, opening his eyes to see Minghao still next to him, and one of the maids bringing in their breakfast. He nodded to the maid as he sat up, stretching as she left. He looked down at Minghao's sleeping form, smiling softly. "My bloodmate. It's impossible to believe I finally found you." He mumbled to himself, moving his hair off of his face. He gently shook Minghao's shoulder, waking him up. Minghao mumbled something softly, shifting a bit as he woke up. "Good morning, Xueku." Minghao opened his eyes, looking up at him.
"Good morning, Gaodu," Minghao said as he sat up. He looked over at the table, seeing the food already sitting there. "Would you like to get in your robes first, or eat?" Junhui hummed in thought, looking around the room. He stopped, looking at Minghao as his stomach growled, making the smaller boy blush.
"I guess we're eating first." He said, chuckling softly. He got off of the mat, helping Minghao up as they walked over to the table. "When we are done with breakfast, I would like for you to prepare my bath."
"Yes, Gaodu," Minghao said, waiting for the signal to begin eating.

Minghao grabbed Junhui's robes, getting them ready for him before his bath as the water warmed. As he pulled them down, something else fell along with it. He grabbed it, confused, turning it around to find the latch. It was a small wooden keepsake box. Before he could even think about putting back, Junhui came back into the room, looking for his robes, spotting the box in Minghao's hands easily.
