“What was that for, momo?”

“Well, you can go to jeong if you want”

“Are you…. jealous?”

“Jealous? With jeong?”, Momo turns around and faces Mina, “why would I even be jealous?”

“Because I chose her to sing for my recital”

“I have no time to argue with you about this”

“I’m sorry”, Mina lowers her head down.

Momo could only look at the brunette feeling sorry but she’s burning internally.

“Look, I’m sorry. I don’t mean to. I was just being over-protective”, Momo walks up to Mina and gently hugs the other. “I guess I’m just…”

“Jealous?”, Mina chuckles softly. Momo nods and buries her face on Mina’s shoulder.
“Gosh, Momo. You don’t have to”, Mina runs her hand up and down Momo’s back while the other, pulling Momo closer. “You do know that Jeongyeon have the most suitable vocals right? She can reach the high notes for this song. That’s why I need her for my recital”

“I know. I’m sorry”, Momo pulls back and wraps her arms around Mina’s waist. “I should be more understanding”

“It’s okay. Don’t be sorry, it’s just recital”, Mina taps her finger lightly on Momo’s nose.

Days passed by and Mina got busier with her recital practices. Which means, spending a little more time with Jeongyeon. Whereas Momo distracted herself with her new cover recording. Momo tries to be understanding but deep down, she was greedy. She wanted to spend more time with Mina instead but she knows that she will only be a distraction for Mina. Then, she decided that maybe working on a new cover project will be a good way for her to not think about the pianist.

Momo notifies Mina that she won’t be seeing the other girl as often for that week because of her project. With positive thinking she will feel better, she challenges herself not to attend to Mina’s texts as fast as other days. She went home straight after school starting of the day from the week.

Halfway during the week of recording, in Momo’s studio room, her preparation was going steadily as she was keeping herself busy.
