Description
A collection of drabbles and oneshots of INFINITE ships based on kpop and jpop songs! ♫ (Chapters have warnings when rated!)
CHAPTER INDEX
1) Love: Alpha!Woohyun runs away with his true fated mate, Omega!Sunggyu (856 words)
2) Bang Bang Bang: Soldier!Sungyeol will risk his life to save Medic!Myungsoo despite the odds (1541 words)
3) Oh!: Sunggyu makes a bet with Sungyeol; he loses, and so punishment follows (1402 words)
4) Whut's Poppin': Sunggyu's friends pay for him to go enjoy his 28th birthday on a strip club; there, he sits while watching a rather y prisoner (2905 words)
5) Signal: Myungsoo's usual morning routine gets interrupted one day, and as he starts to crush on the red headed stranger he meets over the train tracks, he wonders if he's reading the whole situation the wrong way (2465 words)
SPECIFICATIONS
1) Most fics are settled on different AUs, but some might be settled on normal reality or be a continuation of a previous fic (I'll specify when that happens)
2) You can expect lots of different genres: fluff, comedy, , fantasy, you name it! I'm not someone for angst though, so I guess that one might be difficult to come by?
3) All the pieces are heavily/sightly based on a kpop or jpop song
4) The basis for the story might have been the feel the song gives me, or its lyrics, or its title, or all of the above (I explain it
in the beginning of every chapter, in case you're curious!)
5) As for the ships, I mostly write Woogyu and Myungyeol! But I might try my hand on Yadong, Myungjong and Hojong! No promises though~ (I'm absolute woogyu trash so tbh most fics are going to be of them ❤)
6) I always write: top!woohyun - bottom!sunggyu - top!hoya - bottom!dongwoo - bottom!sungjong // sungyeol and myungsoo are the only ones I assign for both roles! So if you care about that, this is your warning :3
7) If you want to leave an idea of a song or couple, I might do it if inspiration strikes me!
Foreword
Hey guys! I hope you like this drabble/oneshot collection! Comments on the song choice, theme of the fic, my style of writing, typos and/or whatever else are always welcomed! I'm looking to improve my writing, so don't hold yourself back when saying you didn't like something, or when something could be better! It would help a lot~
So, I've had this idea since 2013, when I saw a songfic challenge over on livejournal. The challenge was about you picking an OTP and putting your songs on suffle and trying to write a drabble of said OTP with whatever song came on!
I wrote a couple drabbles at the time, but I never got to post it and since I started college that year, I stopped writing altogether (I never did like my writing that much so yeah lol). But I've been reading a ton of great INFINITE fanfics since last year and it inspired me to try and go back to writing ❤ Let's see how this is gonna go lol
English is not my mother tongue!!! I try to look for errors all the time, but if anything is wrong or confusing, please tell me so I can learn and improve! :D
