I was minding my own business when this girl grabbed me.

"I know what you are." She said.

"I'm just a normal human, what do you mean?" I asked, trying to sound as convincing as possible.

"Immortal." She said. "You can only die if you're killed."

I sighed. "Okay, you got me, again."

The girl pulled her hood down. We'd met previously. Her name was Im Nayoung.

"You should really try using a different body next time." Nayoung laughed. "You really aren't trying hard enough."

"Can't you just let me go?" I asked.

"No can do." Nayoung said. "It's my job to get rid of people like you."

"Okay, listen. We're a rare species. You can't get rid of immortals that reincarnate each time they die. You're wasting your time." I said.

"You'll stop one day." Nayoung said.

"When?" I asked.

"Hopefully now."
