(3 weeks later)

I haven't spent much time with kyungsoo for the past three weeks. 

He's the one who is always busy with stuff... everyone busy with their own studies and I haven't seen chanyeol ever since the school fest, three weeks ago.

But its better like this. 

This way, I won't be bothered by anyone and it'll give me time to think. 

He probably doesn't have time for me anyway. And I obviously don't mind. 

Guess, he's done or rather tired, I suppose. 
For a guy like Park chanyeol to be interested in someone like me...... who am I kidding?" baekhyun thought

As the class started writing notes, a classmate of baekhyun tapped him on the shoulder.

"what is it?" baekhyun asked that guy

"Are you close with park chanyeol?" the guy asked

"from what I know I'm not close but its not like we don't talk" baekhyun answered carefully

"but you talk to him right?" the guy asked

"sometimes why?" baekhyun question

"my friend like park chanyeol a lot and by that I mean a lot, you see and he thinks you'd make the perfect delivery boy so, he wants you to deliver a gift of admiration to park chanyeol on his behalf" the guy explained

" No way... tell him to deliver the gift of admiration himself. I'm no one's delivery boy" baekhyun told him

"hey don't act like that just cause you know park. Well you're damn haughty, byun baekhyun" the guy said

"what are you saying, dude?" baekhyun question confused.

'well, I get it everyone who's friend with Park becomes proud, just like him" the guy exclaimed.

"I'm not - you know what? Fine, I'll do it! He yelled angrily.

The teacher who was in a bad mood looked up angrily at baekhyun.

"Mr byun. You'll stay back and clean the classroom after the class hours are over" the teacher ordered.

Everyone laughed at baekhyun, who sasnk further down his own chair.

(after class hour)

"clean and sparkly! Now to grab my backpack and put these bucket in its place" baekhyun said to himself

With his backpack on one shoulder and a bucket on his other hand, he walked to the multiple sinks near the football field, which was located behind the school building. 
As he was washing his hands, he spotted chanyeol sitting on he ground with his back against the wall. Baekhyun quickly turned away but glanced back again. 

This time, he could see the guy seem to be hurt but decided not to help. 

But every second when he turn his head away, he felt guilty.

So, he walked up to chanyeol, but he didn't seemed to have noticed him, as he was too engrossed in the wound on his right knee.

Baekhyun bend over and looked at the wound, it was badly cut open, and the pale white flesh could be seen.

"how did you manage to get this wound?" baekhyun asked croching his shoulder and his eyebrows, designed in a furrow.

"someplace I felt" chanyeol said, within a frown

Baekhyun search his backpack and found nothing but a tissue

He gently covered the wound with it
"we better get you in the infirmary. Can you walk?" baekhyun asked
"yeah"

He helped him get up. Cchanyeo tried walking on his own a little but he only managed 3 steps baekhyun put his arm around chanyeol shoulder the gaint was much taller then him so he had to bend and walk.

(in infirmary)

Baekhyun had just finshed cleaning the wounds and now he was wrapping a new bandage around it"

"thankyou" chanyeol whispered 

Baekhyun was surprised but went on saying

"don't mention it"
" besides its my duty to help those in need" he said
"why did you ignore me after school festival?" chanyeol asked

"I didn't......." there was a moment of silent " I was afraid" he soke softly 

But chanyeol heard him
"afraid of what?" 

There was another pause of silent
Baekhyun was battling whether he should tell him or not
