The morning after their ‘routine’ joonki wakes up without hyekyo besides him. He wakes up to find a note that says

”I really wanted to wake you up but if I did I don’t know when we’ll get out of bed and you looked like a cute kid curled up and besides you needed the sleep. I will buy you lunch it may be a date the date we didn’t get to do. It’s a rain check then. I’ll call you later love hyekyo”

He smiles up on reading the note even grining like the a fool remembering last night and this morning. He goes to take a shower in a good mood he hasn’t felt like this in a week or so.

At the hospital hyekyo was organizing her shifts so she can take off time to prepare for the wedding and also her honeymoon. Everything about it puts her on a cloud nine

By the time she arrive at the nurses’ station she had the most ludicrous grin on her face.

Jisoo glances up at her and does a double take.

“Good morning, kyo. You look . . . Radiant.” Her remark flusters her. You don’t even know the half of it hyekyo thinks

“I slept well, thank you, Jisoo. Good morning.”  ‘yap you did slept well why wouldn’t you when you did all the things with him’ her inner goddess admonishes her hyekyo puts the thought aside

Her brow crinkles “I am sure it has some things to do with joonki I was thinking that the hospital today looked bright than the other day and you were the reason” jisoo says

“what are you talking about I am always like this” hyekyo says trying not to show her blush

“uri sarageun bul jangnan (our love is that’s like playing with fire)” jisoo sings black pinks new song looking at hyekyo

“yah don’t start with me right now I am in a happy mood”  hyekyo says

“I didn’t say anything I was singing I’m in to this song lately” jisso says “seeing that you are trying to make an excuse you must have done it. Ooooohh hyekyo has become a woman I am proud of you” jisoo says teasing her and hyekyo rolling her eyes at her

“stop it and I am not going to talk about it so zip it” hyekyo says

 “okay I won’t I am getting tired I am going to get a coffee are you coming to the canteen?” It was their break time

“be there in a minute ” she replies after checking her charts “kajja” she says after finishing

At the canteen Dr. Song,  jae, heun, hyekyo, and jisoo were taking a break at their usual table. Jiwon has taken the day off, with chihun and minji still at their shifts

“you know the whole country was in up roar last  night you know that right? Even this morning people are still talking about it” sunghoon says with jae and hyekyo glaring at him

“woah the SNS looked like it would blow up any time ” heun says after reading the comments. Some of   the comments were like ‘unnie you are so lucky!!’, ‘I want to be song hyekyo in her next life’, ‘oooohhh song joonki is so romantic’ ,‘I am envious of their love life!! You guys are perfect for each other I wish you a great life ahead of you!!! ’

“yeah and whose fault is that? You know that I hate being in the spotlight and you just put me in one” heykyo says glaring at sunghoon. Sunghoon just gulps avoiding her glare

“it wasn’t me who posted it  was jiwon and hyorin I didn’t do anything ” he says

“yeah if you hadn’t made me run like a crazy woman in the middle of the night” hyekyo says “jung enran that idiot(min hyorin’s real name) I am going to kill her when she comes” hyekyo curses for making the center of attention

Jae glares at sunghoon “this s why is said not to do it!! God you never listen you are such a piece of…. ” she says but she didn’t finish her words

“good words only! Don’t yell”  sunghoon says to jae and he returns his head to hyekyo and says “and besides I said that joonki was here not that he was in an accident .get the facts before screaming at me. Also because of that you got a sweet proposal” he winks at her joking but seeing that her expression hasn’t changed one bit “fine! What do you want?”

“we want you to officiate our wedding!” Hyekyo says

“here is your coffee” jisso says bringing them their coffee

“yah why would I be your officiator. You can ask your church pastor to do that” sughoon says

“ahh wae oppa” hyekyo tries to enlist  her aegyo “you are married and I don’t want it to be a serious day I want it to be fun”

“jagiyya you know that you can’t drink coffee” sunghoon says taking the coffee can from his wife jae ”don’t give her coffee or any caffeine from now on”  he says

“what is with you two today? You are inseparable”  heun says

“why? Is she sick? Where does it hurt” hyekyo says fussing over jae

“now I think about it you are suspicious. When we asked you to come yesterday with as you refused you never refused when you like drinking and partying and here is your husband saying that you can’t drink spill it out what is it” jisso says turning in to some reporter

“in short word he means that I am pregnant!” Jae says showing her baby bump that is not visible “I am 3 weeks pregnant” she says smiling

“HEOL!!!” Heun says nearly spitting her coffee

“DEBAK SAKKON!!!” Jisoo says hands on  

“UNNIEE!!!” Hyekyo says stunned to hear the great news “chukkahae!!” She says clapping like a seal

“this is a great news! Congratulation” heun says

“I am happy for you guys ” jisso says

“at this rate hyekyo will follow you guys next. She is on the roll this days ”

“what do you mean by that?” sunghoon says with the others waiting for her answers

“iroen hyekyo meomchuji ma I sarangi oneul baemeul taewobeorige whoo(don’t stop hyekyo so this love can burn up this night)” jisoo singing all the others join her on teasing hyekyo more

“joh-a I bun-wigiga joh-a (I like this, I like this atmosphere)” jae says with minji singing besides her

“joh-a nan jigeum nega joh-a (I like , I like you now )” sunghoon says looking at jae with the latter blushing

“stop it we only did it twice” hyekyo says

“but am sure there were rounds ” heun says winking at her an hyekyo blushes remembering what  they did last night and also this morning

“if jiwon was here she would jump around” she says

“speaking of her where is she?” Hyekyo says

“we went to hyorin’s house last night because the police still didn’t catch the thief”  jisoo says

“yah just why don’t you move out from that house I am scared for you” hyekyo says

“me too! I am scare to even come to your house anymore” heun says

“whats with the frowning ?” jisoo says sipping her coffee

“ahh I am worrying what I am going to give joonki a wedding present” hyekyo says

“you can give him watch or cufflinks they are a trend now days” jisso says

“that is casual I  want to give him something unique” hyekyo says but before she can talk more about it with the others two people run screaming her name

“unnie! Hyekyo unnie” mijin says running

“nonna !” Chihun shouted

Hyekyo turned her head toward the people who were shouting out her name. She told them to stop by showing her hand gesture and they stopped abruptly

“clench your teeth!” Hyekyo says glaring  at them “both of I told you not to call me informally when we are working! Did I say that or not?”

“you did” both of them answers still clenching their teeth

“right we need to be professionals!” The other 4 around her watch her discipline her juniors laughing

“hah!” Jisso snorts and hyekyo turns her head towards her “you too” hyekyo says

“you called nurse ha ‘unnie’ just now and also you called Dr. Song ‘oppa’ and here you are talking about being professionals , you must be kidding me”

“ani I have something to show to you” chihun said

“I said clench your teeth” hyekyo says and the latter does it as she says giving  her the tablet

“what do I do with it” hyekyo says

“joonki oppa is on it” minji says

“’the last time you said that he said that I watched it and he said that he likes jeongyeon and that is not a fond memory so thank you but I ain’t watching that” she says

“I think you need to watch it its really incredible” chihun says

“what Is the fuss about it lets just watch it see what he says” jisso says taking the tablet from hyekyo and the latter watch it with them curiosity taken a toll on her

“well it is joonki and he is having an interview, so what is new he has interviews all the time ” jisso says

“have you seen the program he is on?”Minji says

“he is entertainment weekly” jae says

“that is right since when does entertainment weekly interviews bussines tycoons  its not like he is  a celebrity” chihun

“FYI he is a celebrity anyways lets see it until the end what it is all about”  sunghoon says  and hyekyo also starts watching it with them
