BIGBANG has finally finished their almost two week promotions for MADE full album. G-Dragon also known as Kwon Jiyong is on his way to the airport for a late flight to Jeju.

Jiyong read his girlfriend’s text earlier today.

From: Yeon-omma ♥♥♥ 

Ji-appa... I’m already here in Jeonju with our babies. Ugh, traffic !

I miss you already. L Don’t kiss someone else under the mistletoe arraseo?! J I love you! ♥

He feels like crying while typing his message to his girlfriend.

To: Yeon-omma ♥♥♥

My poor wife and kids must be so tired. We’re done with our schedule already and I’m on my way to the airport now.

How’s Kim-umma and Kim-appa? Jiwoong hyung and Hayeon? Are you enjoying?

Ji-appa is so sorry because we’re not spending Christmas together. L

It’s only Mommy Yeon-ah who I will kiss under the mistletoe. I’m bringing it back to Seoul with me and I will hang it in our room. Kekeke!

I miss you and our kids so much too. L I love you and our kids the most! ♥

His and Taeyeon’s family planned on spending this year’s Christmas separately and they agreed to join everyone in Dolce Vita for New Year after Jiyong finishes his remaining tours but because of the change in his schedule he’ll be spending Christmas alone FOR THE FIRST TIME.

From: Yeon-omma ♥♥♥ 

Take a nap while you’re on the plane okay? You’ll be driving two hours more when you get to Jeju, I don’t want you to get sleepy.

Everyone’s here already, they’re all doing fine and we’re almost done cooking.

Don’t worry I understand, so cheer up now Ji-appa hmm? Yeon-omma and our babies don’t like their Ji-appa to be sad, they’ll be sad too.

Look at the Christmas cookies I baked instead so you won’t be sad!

I’ll hide these and bring them with me to Seoul too. Kiss under the mistletoe then, remember you promised that m’kay? J

His wiped the tears welling up, sniffed and dialled her number.

“Yeon-omma…” he greeted, controlling his voice from cracking.

Not wanting to cry, he kept the call short by telling her that he’s soon boarding the plane and “Merry Christmas! Thank you for understanding and loving me. You’re the best gift I have ever received from whoever is up there. I love you so very much!”

After hanging up he sighed disappointedly remembering how unfortunate it was to not be spending Christmas this year together and he released another sigh when he also remembered that there is a possibility that they won’t be together for Christmas again because he will be doing his military service next year.

After an hour of flight from Gimpo to Jeju and an almost two hour driving he decided to pass by his café to have some coffee before proceeding to their shared house, his and his girlfriend’s.

He took a seat near the window, the lights from Jindo Island doesn’t reach Aewol-ri making it a perfect place for stargazing.

“Hyung-nim, why do we need to promote in music shows? We’ve already done that when we first released MADE last year?” He asked, obviously whining.

“Jiyong, we both know that BIGBANG needs more appearance now that your and the group member’s military duties are coming.” His YG hyung answered.

“My first long vacation with Yeon-ah… hyung-nim! We planned it even before I finished the Japanese tour.” He pouted and said with aegyo “Let’s not attend the music shows and spend a long vacation with our families hmm?”

“I’m sorry kid, there’s nothing we can do about that. Just send her a card and gift or something…” were his last words before leaving him sulking inside the studio.

Aside from the scandals, malicious comments, death threats, sasaeng tailing them, and tiring work schedule, instances like this makes him regret being in the entertainment industry.

He was cut off his thoughts when two girls approached him.

“Hello Mr. G-Dragon! My name’s Kwon Yuri and this is my girlfriend Kim Jisoo.” greeted the girl in black hair and continued “Uhm, is it possible if we can take a picture with you and you can give us an autograph? We’re big fans of yours.”

“Sure! Where do you want it taken?” he responded. Though tired, he gave his best smile as an appreciation to them as his fans and visiting his café. He also chatted with them.

‘I’m very jealous of them right now.’ He sulked mentally.

He learned that the two arrived in Jeju a few days ago. He also learned that they were staying at JYJ Junsu’s Toscana Hotel, and have travelled three to four hours from their accommodation to his café in hopes that they’d meet him there today.

Having a good talk made them forget about the time, it was almost an hour when his conversation with the couple ended, the couple then bade him goodbye.

Standing from his seat he checked his watch, it’s already 11:11PM.

He sighed and uttered “I wish Yeon-ah and I can spend the Christmas like them too.”

A few minutes away from his café were their house so he decided to walk. He was about to leave when he noticed a flicker of light around the corner.

*CLICK* *CLICK* *CLICK*

Camera.

‘! Paparazzi…’ He thought, panicking.

He was about to turn right on the second corner but decided to turn on the first corner.

He cautiously checked if someone’s following but then again *CLICK* *CLICK* *CLICK* he heard shutter sounds nearby. He’s nearing the corner where he needs to turn left for him to get home but he passed it by and decided to make a run for it.

A few minutes of running around, he was lucky enough to lose the paparazzi.

“Phew!” He breathed out.

He was halfway home when he heard a clicking sound again.

‘! What the hell?! Can’t this human stop following me? ’ he thought, not only panic came to him but also anger.

The sound became louder as if it was coming closer to him. He turned his head around to find where the sound was coming and noticed a figure hiding on a light post nearby.

He was about to approach the figure when he heard the sound again and flashes of light blinded him for a moment. He put his hand on his face to protect his eyes from the blinding light.

“Hey, please stop that.” He begged.

The figure finally came out of its hiding place, who appears to be a lady, a giggling one.

His eyes widened and he almost shouted “Taeyeon?!” as he was surprised to see her standing in front of him.

Ignoring her surprised boyfriend, she answered playfully “Why? I love taking pictures of you!”

“What are you, a sasaeng fan?” He answered back, almost sounding angry.

She laughed at his expression and answered “Haha! No, I’m your biggest fan G-Dragon-ssi.”

“Funny!” He said sarcastically still looking at her smiling face, then he commanded “Come here.” and he pulled her in a hug.

He breathed in her scent, breathing out he said “I missed you so much.”

“I missed you too!” She said still smiling from ear to ear, hugging him back.

He broke the hug and asked her “Why? How? I thought you were home in Jeonju?”

She smiled at his question and said “They say home is where the heart is, you are my home Ji-appa.”

He can’t help but blush and smile at her reply, he was about to kiss her but was stopped with her finger on his lips.

“Let’s get inside.” She said and hurriedly dragged him inside their house.

He panicked when her hold on him loosened and she disappeared in the darkness of the house. He realized he might have been too tired and must have imagined that Taeyeon was with him a while ago.

He sighed, sadness consuming him again.

He then the lights only to be greeted with a loud “MERRY CHRISTMAS!” Coming close to him was Taeyeon holding the plate with her self-made cookies.

“Welcome home Ji-appa!” she said smiling widely and he couldn’t help but smile too. When she reached him, he did not hesitate to give her a kiss.

“Get a room you two!!!” shouted her Jiwoong oppa and his Dami noona with the elders laughing.

They chuckled and broke the kiss then he hugged her tight leaving a little space for the cookies.

“Jiyong” his mother called out and said “go and clean yourself up so that we could eat already.”

He nodded and said “Okay omma.”

He then dragged Taeyeon with him but was stopped by his mother. “Why?!” he asked sulking.

“Go upstairs alone mister! Who knows how long you two will stay there, everyone’s hungry already.” His mother answered and Taeyeon could only hide her blushing face.

He sighed in defeat and walked to their room without forgetting to steal a kiss on his girlfriend.

After having dinner, we then proceeded to exchanging gifts.

While waiting for my turn to give out my gifts for everyone, Taeyeon who was sitting beside me suddenly asked me “Is there something on my face?” and I hummed no in response.

“Why are you looking at me like that?” she asked again blush creeping to her cheeks.

I smiled and singsonged “Have I told you lately that I love you?”

She snorted and said “You cheese ball!” after slapping my arms and hiding her face.

I couldn’t help but chuckle at her response and just brought her to my arms I pulled her closer so that I can back hug her.

While hugging her I said “Did you know I wished for this a while ago at 11:11PM to be exact?”

“Really?” she asked turning her head to me and I nodded with a smile in response. She then kissed me and I kissed her back.

We were brought back to reality when Dami noona called us and said it’s my turn to give out my present.

I’ve already finished giving my family and my in-laws their gifts, what’s left now is Taeyeon’s. I couldn’t help but get nervous with my gift for her… This is our first Christmas together, I really don’t know if she’ll like my present.

“Jiyong!” she gasped in surprise. I looked up and saw her grinning like a kid.

“Surprise?” I chuckled nervously and asked “Do you like it?”

In her hands was a special version of PMO hoodie and PMO soundband in her favourite color, blue, designed and sewn by your very own Kwon Jiyong a.k.a G-Dragon.

She nodded in response and said “I wondered why you were sewing during your free time.”

Then she suddenly laughed “I remember seeing him very frustrated because the stitch went the wrong way and had to redo it.” She told our families while everyone teased me and laughed.

“Thank you Ji. I loved it!” She said after giving me a peck.

After giving her gifts for everyone she handed her gift to me. Inside the box was a Jack Skellington knitted scarf, with a picture of her knitting, at the back of the picture was a written message from Tiffany and the SNSD members saying that it’s the proof that Taeyeon made the scarf.

I smiled at the picture. It clearly shows how much effort she exerted for that gift.

“Do you like it?” she asked.

“I love it so much!” I answered fast and hugged her tight. Kissing the side of her head I said “Thank you Yeon-ah, I’ll use it well!”

“I was thinking you could use it whenever you feel cold, especially in the army camp during winter.” She said her voice cracking.

Bringing back the thought of me enlisting next year makes me feel like crying too.

“Let’s not think about it okay?” I told her. “Let’s enjoy our time together.”

We were cut off our moment again when Jiwoong hyung called out “Lovebirds! Enough with the moment, let’s take a family picture!”

After the family photos were taken, Hayeon shouted “Jiyong oppa, Taeyeon unnie! Look up!”

We both looked up to see the mistletoe hanged above our heads. When and how it got there I do not know.

“Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!” our families chanted.

I gave a peck on her cheeks *CLICK*

But then our families being their naughty selves playfully shouted

“Eh?! Kiss, not peck Jiyong! Do you need your father to teach you?”

“I didn’t know brother-in-law is boring!”

“Boo Jiyong! Boo!”

“Son-in-law that’s not the way to kiss!”

We couldn’t help but shyly chuckle at their antics.

“Taeyeon?” I asked, waiting for her approval and she nodded as a response.

I gently held her cheeks and brought my face closer, the family’s teasing blurring out, it was like in that moment it’s only me and her, then I closed the gap and kissed her lips.

‘Thank you for bringing me home Yeon-ah. I love you.’ I thought.
