JUNG SOMIN

Call me weird but I believed that the groom was not supposed to see the wedding dress before the wedding day. Or it would bring bad lucks. Today’s agenda was picking up the wedding dress. Hyunjoong asked me to wait for him to choose the dress together. But, I asked Shinhye Eonnie and Eomma to accompany instead.

By the time he has the meeting with Yonghwa Oppa and Shiyoon-ssi, I leaved the office with Shinhye Eonnie. I did not tell him in purpose. I met Eomma at the bridal store.

I tried.. and tried.. and tried.. But I still did not find the perfect dress. Now, I just realized that we had been there for almost two hours without any result. I sighed. “I am confused.” I said in frustration.

Eomma put her hand on my shoulder and tapped it. “Take your time honey.”

I sat on the couch and took a deep breath. ‘Just one dress! Just one dress!’ I had no idea that to find one wedding dress would be this difficult.

Shinhye Eonnie called the Fashion Advisor and whispered to her. The FA nodded and walked inside the store. Shinhye Eonnie came toward me. “I think I know what you need, Somin-ah.”

I stared at her smiling face and smiled myself.

After few seconds, the FA walked out with a dress on her hand. I stared at the dress amazingly. ‘It was perfect.’

RING! RING!

Somin’s phone was ringing right after they walked out the store. Somin tried to find her phone and looked who was calling. ‘Hyunjoong.’

“Yes, Oppa?”

“Are you done yet?” He asked.

I nodded. “Yes.”

“Good! Stay there, I am going to pick you.”

“It is no need. I can go home with Shinhye Eonnie and Eomma.”

“Yonghwa will be there with me. He will pick Shinhye and Eomma. And, you are going with me.”

I sighed. “Oppa..”

“Don’t you want to accompany me? That is bad. I want to eat Japanese Foods tonight.”

Somin's eyes lit up. “Japanese foods? Really? OK. I will wait for you.”

She could hear his chuckle before they ended their call. And she just realized it.. ‘Great! I just gave myself into his trap.’

Fifteen minutes after he ended the call, Hyunjoong arrived in the bridal studio. He found Somin and the others sat on the chairs facing the round table at Coffee Shop next to the bridal studio.

“Oppa!” Somin waved her hand to signal Hyunjoong.

Hyunjoong walked toward them.

“Where is Yonghwa Oppa?” Somin asked.

Hyunjoong sat next to Somin and took Somin iced cappuccino’s glass. “He should be here in minutes.” He drank the cappuccino.

“Isshh.. That’s mine. Go and get your own!” Somin protested.

But, Hyunjoong already finished the cappuccino. He smirked when he put the glass on the table. “Mian. You can buy it again if you want to.”

Somin pouted.

“Sorry I am late.” Yonghwa stood beside them.

“It is ok, dear.” Eomma answered and warmly.

“So, where do we eat?” Yonghwa asked.

“Japanese food!” Somin clapped her hands excitedly.

“Other?” Yonghwa looked at Shinhye and Eomma.

“Oppa! You promised me.” Somin shook Hyunjoong’s body.

Hyunjoong nodded. “I am sorry. I already promised Somin that we would have Japanese Food as our dinner. If you want to go somewhere else, is it ok if I take Somin with me? I will drive her home later.”

“Well, let’s eat Japanese Food then. I want to enjoy my time with Somin before you take her for good from me.” Eomma said and smiled toward Somin and Hyunjoong.

PARK SHINHYE

And we were having our dinner at Somin’s favorite Japanese restaurant. Somin ate her foods as if there was no tomorrow. Hyunjoong just stared at her and smiled warmly. Well, I admitted that I adored the two of them. As the matter of fact, I a bit envied them. They just showed their feeling in front of others – had not worry about other’s thought.

“Tell me about the wedding dress.” Hyunjoong asked Somin directly.

“Aisshh Oppa.. It is a secret for you.” Somin continued her eating.

“Well, I am not looking at it. I just want you to tell me. So, it will be ok, right?” Hyunjoong tried to reason.

Somin seemed to think about that for seconds. “Isshh.. Just wait and see.”

Hyunjoong chuckled. “Who is the designer?”

Somin swallowed her food. “It’s Anna Greeda if I am not mistaken.”

Hyunjoong just nodded and dropped the conversation. He seemed begin to understand that Somin was really strict and determine for something – her basic principles.

I just smiled to hear their conversation. I saw that Eomma and Yonghwa also heard them. Their lips formed the same smile as I did.

“Mr Seo already agreed to cancel the wedding.” Yonghwa talked in sudden.

I stared at him is disbelief and caught that others also did the same thing. “Really?” all three women asked in unison.

Yonghwa nodded and smiled.

Other’s sound became faded for my ears. I was busy with my thought. He agreed to cancel it. So, my chance to be with Yonghwa came earlier than I thought before. I took a relief breath. My eyes met Yonghwa’s. We both shared smiles.
