It is the story of two individuals, who grew up together  as orphans, Taeyeon and Tiffany, and their relationship.

Taeyeon, who loves Tiffany, Is told that she has only a few months left to live. Because she knows that Tiffany's biggest fear is to be left alone, she keep her illness as  secret and makes a hard decision to urge Tiffany to marry a healthy, goodhearted man, Nichkhun.
