For those wondering what happened, here's the explanation:

Tiffany approaches Taeyeon and sees that her number is 30. She assumes this is Tae's age. When Tiffany tells her, Taeyeon knows that she's not 30 so she figures out that this is how many days she has left to live. Tiffany is still clueless until the very end, when Taeyeon's midnight alarm goes off. At midnight, the 30 switches to 29, meaning Taeyeon only has 29 days left to live. Tiffany figures it out in the end, and kisses her. When they pull apart, Tiffany can't see any of the numbers anymore because she's experiencing the pain that Taeyeon was talking about earlier. The pain of knowing that Taeyeon will be dead in less than 30 days.

Chapter 1: At first I didn't understand the number but after the explanation, I understood. I would have never expect that Tiffany would develop the reaper pattern. That is so sad for her.

Chapter 1: This story doesn't deserve to be only a oneshot T_T this is an ongoing it would be absolutely an angst, but i think it feels nice if tiffany would spend the remaining days with taeyeon :) anw, thank for this story author-ssi!!

Chapter 2: I don't think it actually needed an explanation since you write in a way that made sense... well or maybe at least for me, I guess I'm just attentive reader :) I like these kind of stories, with deeper meaning, thanks for sharing this! now what's left is to check that short film that I haven't seen yet but it is the first thing on my to do list now...
