Author's Note:

Hi.... *I say this timidly* I wrote another one-shot, when I have ... what like 4 stories that I'm not done with? I know... I know...

This one features an OC girl named Aeri (don't confuse it with Ari from Devoted/Committed, because it's not at all the same character, nor do you pronounce the names the same way).

Baekhyun plays a very prominent character.

All of Exo (OT9) are mentioned or have smaller parts.

But, I'm sure you can guess who the main is... if you know me well enough.

If you are one of my dedicated readers then I do apologize for straying for another one-shot and if you read this, I thank you because I'm not so sure how good it is. I just had to write it.

Based loosely on real events.

Chapter 1: Jongin is a lucky man. Chanyeol ... if he is, he shouldnt be mad at aeri for cancelling cause he didnt know the reason and he never asked. Plus, the way he talked really did sound like he wanted to break her rule, and he shouldve known easily that that'll make her uncomfortable. I wish sehun could've had more moments with her and part of me imagined that when suho move out, he met lay, becane friends by gossiping about her then got together lol silly all the way

It's so strange that I could barely stand to read the fic because it hit so close to home. I am pretty much Aeri, I feel and respond exactly like her in every situation and constantly question myself in the same way, apart from having no backstory or unfinished love for why. I don't know why myself, but when Aeri started talking about how she must be crazy to always feel like this, I responded almost viscerally because I constantly feel the same. Apart from Kai's role, it honestly felt like I was reading the story of my life and I'm not given to overidentifying with fictional characters usually. Lol, this is an odd comment but great work, this is some stellar writing and you depicted Aeri's anxieties perfectly.
