Taecyeon once again checked himself in the mirror before going to party. Wearing white tuxedo and black pants, he’s indeed very gorgeous tonight. He’s pushing the door when Jessica also ready to go, with her silk black dress which makes she’s more stunning than usual.

“Let’s go, my driver already down of here”

“Driver?” Taecyeon creased his eyebrows

“Yeah, my Dad sent the driver to pick us up. Let’s go, I won’t be late for this”

Taecyeon knew very well that Jessica is a spoiled princess who always feeds on silver spoon since she’s born. She always whining over something, and Taecyeon realized she almost get what she wanted. Being her husband, even part of him still can’t resist it, Taecyeon slowly understands why Jessica’s behave like that everyday

“Why did we use the driver when we can drive by ourselves?” Taecyeon asked when they’re on the way. Taecyeon wasn't understood enough why Jessica used the driver with this black Audi when she already has Range Rover, Mini Cooper and Audi too. As Taecyeon remembers, there’s nothing wrong with her cars.

“My Dad just wanted me to come safely with his driver, is there anything wrong Taecyeon?” too bad, Jessica comes into bad mood

“Nothing, just curious” Taecyeon flashed a smile “I’m sorry”

Their rest trip into the hotel is awkward. Jessica has no intention to start the conversation when Taecyeon still feeling nervous even more. Seeing Taecyeon’s hand is trembling when they almost reach the place, Jessica decided to comfort him

“If your hand still trembling, you can hold mine all the time”

“Jessica!” James Jung, Jessica’s dad waves his hand to his daughter who come with her husband, while holding hand.

“Finally you come, is there any traffic out there?” Ester Jung, Jessica’s Mom was Bulgarian and live for about 40 years on the US, no doubt where Jessica got her gorgeous look and fluent English.

“Yes, Mom. We got little traffic when comes here” Jessica nodded “Your new driver wasn’t good, I prefer Bill for me, Dad and where’s Krystal?”

“I’ll tell Bill for getting you home later” James laughed to his first daughter “Eun Taek will go home with me, right? I think Krystal was with Choi Jinri”

“Don’t be so hard with your staff, honey” Ester smiled “Taecyeon, long time no see”

“Yes, Mother. Have you been well?”

“Very well, we never meet again after the wedding. How is your Mom? I wish I could visit Incheon on my free time. Your Father always being busy-body”

“Yah, I’m very busy you know!” James pretended to be mad when his wife laughing

“It’s okay” Taecyeon gives a little bow “Even I still have no chance to meet them after the wedding”

“Too bad, we can visit together in the future. Right, Jessi?” Ester tilts her head to Jessica who busy looking at the ballroom

“Hmm” she just hummed “I will meet uncle first, I’ll be back soon. Let’s go, Taec”

“Just your Dad who had a foreign wife?” Taecyeon asked on their way to Jessica’s uncle

“Yeah, but my grandfather was a Canadian. That’s why his three children had their international name beside their Korean name” Jessica explained in Korean which makes Taecyeon smiling again

“Why are you smiling so widely like that?” Jessica turns her head

“I love your Korean, why did you always use your English?”

“That’s…” Jessica wasn’t finished her words because someone already tackled her with a big hug

“My beautiful princess!” Jung Ji Hoon, as know as Rain, her Uncle gives the bear hug for Jessica “Why are you took so long”

“Traffic” Jessica sticks her tongue out “Where’s Tae Hee Unnie?”

“She’s over there” Rain pointing one of the corners “She met her high school mate on this party and I was wandering alone because of bored. Oh, the gentleman is here!”

Taecyeon awkwardly reached Rain’s hand which extended to him. He does not remember that Jessica’s family always this warm to him. Indeed, he just knows that Jessica always being cold all the time

“Nice to meet you, Rain Hyungnim”

“Ewww, just Rain please? I’m still young”

“On your wildest dream” Jessica shakes her head “Where’s Uncle Thomas?”

“Over there” Rain pointing another corner “He just met his friend from China”

“Okay, I’ll go”

“Go fast and I will take your husband for a while, Jessi”

“No!” suddenly Jessica tighten her grip into Taecyeon’s palm as she dragged him along into the birthday man

“You look hate him so much, Jessica”

“He loves to drink everywhere, I won’t let you being conned by him” Jessica pouted. Taecyeon was about to ask further but they already reach Uncle Tom’s position

“Aigoooo my Jessica” Thomas Jung as the eldest between The Jungs third generation of the Chaebol at the Korea under the name of Jung exactly like Jessica and Krystal become one. He’s indeed has strong charisma, just like his niece who already married.

“Happy birthday, Uncle!” Jessica gives him a big hug when Taecyeon bows a little to him

“Your husband is gorgeous tonight, Jessica” Thomas smiled “You never failed with your choice”

“Thanks Uncle” for the first, Taecyeon feels that he just dreaming because he saw Jessica blushing when her uncle complimenting him

The party happened with slight worry on Taecyeon, especially when he met Jessica’s family which not so close with Jungs. They saw Taecyeon not so edible for Jessica because Chaebol must be with Chaebol. Although they don’t say out loud, Taecyeon can feel the burden

“Why are you here, Oppa?” suddenly Krystal joining Taecyeon who stands alone at the balcony

“Just… want some fresh air, Krystal”

“You look bothered, anyway”

“Yeah…”
