As she picked it up, she felt someone watching her. It was probably some kind of prank so she was not bothered with the weird “threat” note. But as the days passed by, more mysteries appeared, more events seemed familiar. She felt that those things had happened before. Relying on her intelligence and wit as her only weapon, Irene began to unravel a dangerous plot that could change history forever…

Foreword
phrodite planted her last kiss on her daughter’s forehead with a heavy heart. She slowly transferred her newborn baby into the loving arms of Leodegrance, one of her trusted men in Carmelide (southwest of England). She had descended from Olympus to ensure her daughter’s safety for the future. She knew what Hera could do to her baby once she found out that Aphrodite gave birth to twins, and not only a baby boy.
“Please take care of her. Her life is at stake in Olympus. I’ll come back every decade to visit her but please don’t speak a word to her about our agreement. I want her to live as a mortal. When the time comes, I’ll reveal myself,” Aphrodite spoke with tears streaming down her face. And with that, she slowly vanished into thin air.
