The Heart's Best Mistake
Description
“We’re young. Too young.”
They started off as friends, but in a year they ended up getting married.
“Letting her go was a mistake, you still love her. You’ve always had.”
They were living a modern fairytale, no happy ending.
“He was perfect. Too perfect.”
It was all too perfect and scripted.
“I had it all, I once had it all. But I just let it slip away. I should have spoken the truth.”
Pretending was their only escape, but in the end, everyone around them thinks that it just them back.
“She’s my best mistake."
Foreword
Jeon Mona or Martina Jeon led a peaceful life, studying abroad and doing her best as an eldest child and heiress to a huge hotel company. Despite her spunky attitude she got along with most of her schoolmates.
Mark Tuan came from an old oligarch family in Taiwan, most of his uncles and aunts were country leaders. He is known for being elusive and quiet, he has always stayed in his circle of friends ever since he started college, until one little mistake blew up his plans.
He never meant to kiss her. Scratch that, all he wanted was to take back confessing to his first love, but then Martina appeared.
And then he kissed her.
And after that, they were both standing by the altar, saying their vows to each other.
And then they got divorced.
But fate seems to like to toy with them, because their paths have crossed again.
And the connection and tension is still there.
Is it too late to correct the heart's best mistake?
