Jessica's Pov

I woke up because of my alarm was being so annoying and that my little sister came in my room, barging in without knocking, jumped on my bed as she yell

"Wake up! Wake up! It's the first day of school!!" She yelled as I heard the door closed.

I groaned under the covers of my blanket, but soon groggily sat up. I then took off my covers and sat on the edge of my bed and rubbed my face, wiping away the eye boogers and tears, leading to a loud yawn. I got up and walked to the bathroom to wash up. I then changed into my school clothes-white short-sleeve dress-shirt with my red tie, along with my faded yellow vest over it and a grey plaid skirt. Then, I went downstairs to go into the kitchen to greet my family good morning and also get my breakfast.

"Morning mom." I said as I kissed her cheek

"Morning honey." She replied and kissed me back

"Morning dad."

"Morning kiddo."

"Morning little sis." I said

"What's up?" She said as she was eating her breakfast on the dining table as dad was reading the newspaper

"Here's your breakfast honey. Hurry and eat it, so you can get to school on time."

"Thanks mom! I've got to get going now! See ya later!" I said putting on my shoes and ran out the door with a toast on my mouth.

'Damn, I should've put butter on.'

I ran to school as my toast slipped out of my mouth and fell to the ground.

"Seriously?! Ugh, whatever, I'll eat in the cafeteria." I said as I picked up the toast and threw it in the garbage can.

I was at the school gates. There were other students walking in the college and gather around there as well, making it hard to get inside.

'I'm finally here... University of Seoul.'

Someone then bumped into me as I was falling to the ground, but then someone grabbed my wrist and pulled me up, embracing me in their arms. I heard people gasped as I looked up and saw a tan girl, with black silky hair, taller than me and was my hero.

"Watch where your walking Jin." She said as the guy apologize

"Are you okay?" She asked as she looked down

I blushed and was staring at her

"Miss??" She said as I broke out my stare.

"Oh.. Yes.. I'm ok. Thank you for catching my fall." I said

"No problem." She said

"What's your name?" She asked

"Jessica. Jessica Jung. You?"

"Kwon Yuri."

*ding dong ding dong... Ding dong ding dong...*

"That's the bell.. You know your way to class?" She asked as I shook my head

"Oh noobie huh?? what year?" She asked

"Second year.. I just transfer here." I said

"Ohh.. So your not a noobie then."

"Stop calling me that."  I said as she laughs at me

"Haha ok, ok. Follow me and I'll show you where the office is." She said as I nod

"Thanks.. Again." I said as she smiled

"No problem." She said

'Is this what they call love at first sight?'

Inside the school, we walked to the office.

"Hey Yuri." A girl said as she saw us

"Hey Tiffany. What's up?" Yuri said

"Nothing much, just finish a meeting at the student council. You gonna join this year as a class president?? She asked

"No.. I've been class president all year.. Someone can do that." Yuri said

"Who's this?" Tiffany asked

"This is Jessica Jung. She just transfer here and is lost. She doesn't have her schedule, so I brought her here." Yuri said as Tiffany put her hands on her hips and made a "you trying to skip" look

"You trying to skip class again Yuri??" She said as Yuri shook her head

"No.. Why would I?" She asked.

"Cause sometimes you skip class."

"It can be boring." She said stating the facts.

"Go to class." Tiffany said as she pointed at the door.

"Yes ma'am." Yuri said in an annoyed tone.

"I'll see you later Jessica." She said as she left the office.

"So.. Jessica was it?" Tiffany asked as I nod.

"Yes."

"Where did you came from??" She asked as we walked to the student council room.

"Um.. I just came from California, and moved here cause of my dad's work," I said as she was looking through some papers.

"I see.. Well, I found your schedule and you are in room 206." She said as I nodded once again.

"Thanks!" I said.

"You're welcome. I'll show you the way."

"Thanks again."
