My Comments: First of all, can we just talk about how much I hate the subject.  ing calculus.  I was good at math up until my second semester of freshman year because my dad tutored me in middle school and while it was absolutely horrible and traumatizing for reasons I won't get into, I understood math very well and I was always towards the top of my math class throughout middle school.  And then came high school and I wasn't able to study ahead of time like I always did in middle schoool.  I had a terribly geometry foundation because I skipped the course and took a summer course to make up for it (and ended up learning absolutely nothing).  I took an algebra 2 course in my freshman year and my teacher wasn't great at teaching and I wasn't good at studying on my own without someone standing over me all the time (that's a pretty bad combination and I'm still pretty bad at studying on my own).  I took a trig course over the summer and learned absolutely nothing.  I took a formal precalc course my sophomore year and kinda died because I had terrible foundations.  I took a formal calc this year (junior year) and dropped it a few months in because even though I had a tutor and everything, I was literally dying and I was scared I was going to get a D in the class.   I hate math.

OKAY ANYWAYS on to my actual comments and finishing up my rant here:

The author wrote this story based off a real life experience she had.  Also, one of the things that I really like about this fic is that it's not cliché.  You can certainly write a cliché fic and write so beautifully and emotionally that it becomes noncliché, but unless you can write like that, I don't like cliché fics.  I'm really happy with the way the ending turned out because in my opinion, a certain character got exactly what he deserved, and the girl did the right thing.
