11 pm

 

Chaerin and her friends are outside the mansion having some quality time at the pool. Her mother told them that not to stay at the pool too long or they’ll catch a colds

 

“This is life. Away from paper works, pollution and problems at work!”Seungri said as he lean his back on the side of the pool

 

“I agree dude! Wish we could do this every day but knowing our responsibilities at work, it’s impossible..”Jiyong said, Seungri smiles and look at Chaerin who is busy browsing things on her phone

 

“Come on Chaerin! You invited us here and all you do is to wait for Yvette’s text if there’s a problem in your company?”Seungri , Chaerin rolled her eyes at her while her friends laugh at her

 

“Actaully she’s not waiting for Yvette’s text but a text for someone special in her life..”Bom said, Chaerin shook her head and walks to her friends

 

“I told you she’s not special to me. How many times do I have to say that?”she asked her

 

“Oh please Chaerin, we already saw your picture with her inside your drawer. Please don’t tell us that you keep that picture because you just want to?”Seunghyun asked her, Chaerin decided to told her friends about her plan and the real reason why she invited them

 

“And you asking her to marry you? Poor girl, it’s a suicidal moment for her..”Jiyong butted in, they laugh at Chaerin who just shook her head because she’s outnumbered

 

“Any, what’s the update Unnie?”Kazuko asked

 

“Not text nor call, YET..”Chaerin answered, they laugh again

 

“What if she won’t text you until tomorrow morning? What you’ll do?”Bom asked her

 

“Honestly, I don’t know Unnie. I can’t trust my mouth and mind at the same time..”Chaerin answered

 

“Well that’s a big problem girl but please don’t you dare ask her to pay the money in an instant!”

 

“Yeah, yeah, I know! Maybe if she’ll say no, we need to cut our vacation short..”

 

“What?!”her friends asked her

 

“Look Chaerin, first of all, what in the world are you thinking asking her to marry you in the first place? If you really want to help her family, you should offer her a job..”Jiyong said to her

 

“But being my wife is a job!”Chaerin answered and receive a slap from Bom

 

“Okay fine, if you guys want to stay a little bit longer then I can give you a week or so..” Chaerin said

 

“That’s fine with me..”Seungri answered, Chaerin smiles and stand up

 

“Where are you going?”Mika asked her

 

“I’m gonna call it a night, I’m having a terrible headache..”she answered

 

“Oh okay, have a good night..”Mika answered, Chaerin wave at her friends and starts to walk, she’s a few steps away from the door when her phone beeps, she look at her phone and saw that she receives an e-mail

 

‘Wonder who that would be?’she asked herself and opens her mail and when she saw the name of the sended, she looks at her friends and said

 

“She sent me a mail you guys!!”She shouted

 

 

 

 

Dara cooked their breakfast that morning, she already ate and preparing herself to talk to Chaerin again that morning, once she’s finish taking a bath, fixing herself, she knocks on Minji’s door

 

“Tell mom that I’ll be back after 1 hour. Just think of anything if she ask you where was I..”she said to her sister finished taking a bath too

 

“Uhm okay Unnie, don’t worry about it..”Minji answered as she smiles

 

“Thanks Minji, I need to go now..”Minji nods her head and walk with her Unnie towards the door but before her older sister could step out of the house, she hold her hand and ask

 

“Are you sure about this, Unnie?”Dara sighs, she don’t want to but she has to. Their mother is not getting younger anymore and leaving her all by herself is not a very good idea

 

“If there’s anything else I can do Minji but I don’t want Mom to be left alone again for another year..”she answered

 

“Okay Unnie, good luck..”Dara shook her head and smiles

 

“But if you know someone who can lend us money so I can pay that.. that spoiled brat, tell me okay?”Minji laughs and nods her head

 

“She’s not a spoiled brat Unnie and until now I don’t know what happened to the two of you when we were kids..”

 

“You don’t wanna know sis and I better keep my mouth shout or else..”

 

“Okay, okay, relax. See you later..”

 

“See you later..”

 

 

 

 

 

30 minutes later

 

Chaerin is patiently waiting for Dara to arrive at their house, her mom went out with Woojun and they are on their way to her Aunt Sallie’s house

 

“Okay Chaerin like what I’ve said to you over and over again, don’t let your mouth do the talking okay?”Bom said as she helping her to relax and calm down

 

“What do you mean by that? How am I suppose to talk to her if I won’t let my mouth do the talking!”Chaerin said

 

“Oh boy! I think this meeting will be a disaster the minute that girl opens ..”Seunghyun said, they are sitting on the couch opposite to her

 

“Definitely dude! So we better prepare ourselves for what will happen later on..”Jiyong answered when they saw Mika and Kazuko running towards them

 

“She’s here!”Mika said while catching her breath

 

“You don’t need to run, dummy!” Chaerin said and Bom kick her right foot. Dara enters the house and saw Chaerin standing, she was shock to see that’s there’s 6 people looking at her too

 

“Come in..”Bom said, she motion for Dara to walk towards them because Chaerin can’t seem to say something right after she saw her

 

“Good morning..”Dara said and smiles at them, she looks at Chaerin but she give her a cold look

 

“Good morning too Dara, Oh sorry, I will introduce myself to you. I’m Park Bom and this is Mika and Kazuko Hayase while this is Kwon Jiyong, Choi Seunghyun and Lee Seungri..”Bom said, they all extended their arm towards her and Dara gladly accepts it

 

“Uhm I think you and Chaerin needs to talk about something..”Bom said again

 

“She told you about the proposal?”Dara asked her, Bom just nod her head

 

“If you guys need anything, we’re just here okay?”Bom said, Chaerin nods her head, tries to open and speak

 

“Yes Unnie and Good morning to you too Miss Park..”Chaerin said and starts to walk

 

“Follow me..”she added, Bom covers her face with her hands

 

‘I can predict that there’s going to be a world war 4' inside’she whispered

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INSIDE THE LIBRARY

 

Chaerin points the chair where Dara will sit but the latter didn’t move a bit

 

“I prefer to stand Ms. Lee, I don’t want to stay here that longer..”Dara said, Chaerin smirk and sits on her chair

 

“I think you wake up on the wrong side of the bed Ms. Park. Let me remind you that I’m not forcing you to do this, you still have some options..”Chaerin answered, she looks at some papers scattered on her table

 

Please don’t say it! Please don’t say it!

 

“If you already have my money, you can leave now and forget about the prosposal”Chaerin said, deep inside her mind, she heard voices shouting

 

‘WAY TO GO CHAERIN!! YOU AND YOUR BIG MOUTH!’

 

“Haven’t your read the mail I sent to you last night?”Dara asked her

 

“I did..”Chaerin answered

 

“If you did then why the hell are you asking me if I have your money?!”

 

“I’m just asking Ms. Park, you don’t need to be mad..”Chaerin smiles, Dara walk slowly towards the table, look straight into Chaerin’s eyes and said

 

“I’m here to accept your offer Ms. Lee..”Dara said, she wants to yell at her, say curse words but she knows that she’s the one in need of her help

 

“Please have a sit or are you in a hurry?”Chaerin asked her, Dara shook her head and sighs, she then pulls the chair and slump her body in defeat

 

“Good! Okay Miss Park here’s my whole proposal to you..”she added, she hand over a couple of paper to Dara, the latter took it and began reading

 

“I’ll be the one who will process Auntie Sallie’s papers, passports and tickets once we’re done talking, Dara..”Chaerin said again but Dara is busy reading the proposal

 

“With regards to her medicines, check-up, I’ll send it to Minji’s account, so tell her to create one because I know you are busy with your work..”Dara just look at her then continue reading the paper

 

Will I hear some protest or violent reaction after?

 

She saw that Dara’s reading the second paper when they both heard a phone rings

 

“Not mine..”Chaerin said when she saw Dara look at her, the latter then fish out her phone and saw someone calling her

 

“Hello?”she answered, Chaerin carefully watch Dara’s expression turns from cold to a smiling face

 

Who’s on the other line?

 

“Yeah I’m sorry if I didn’t call you sooner. I’m kinda busy with mom..”she heard Dara said, Chaerin is staring at her that’s why Dara caught her looking at her, she just rolled her eyes at Chaerin and look somewhere else

 

“Yeah I miss you too, okay I’ll see you at work..”Dara said and ended the call

 

Don’t tell me she have a boyfriend already?

 

“I have a question Ms. Lee..”Dara said but she heard Chaerin speaks

 

“Who’s that?”Chaerin asked her

 

“What who?”

 

“Who called you?”Dara raised one of her eyebrow at her

 

“It’s none of your business, Chaerin..”

 

“It is. You’re going to marry so I have the right to know everything..” Dara give her a deadly look and sighs

 

“A friend of mine..” she answered

 

“What’s her name?”Chaerin asked

 

“Kiyong..”

 

“ A boy??!! As in boy friend??”

 

“Yeah, what’s wrong with that?”

 

“Is he one of you co-workers?”

 

“Yeah..”

 

“And do you really miss him?”

 

“Chaerin, I’m here because of your proposal, you have no right to ask me those kind of question..”

 

“Well FYI Ms. Park, you saying YES to my proposal means you’re giving me the right to ASK and KNOW everything!”Dara clench her fist as she saw her smile sweetly at her

 

One of these days, I’ll be the one smiling like that Chaerin! Mark my word!

 

“Yes I do miss him because he’s my friend!”Dara answered, Chaerin went quiet for a while and just staring at Dara. It took 10 minutes before she speaks again

 

“Give me that paper..”Chaerin said, Dara furrow her eyebrows but give the paper back to her, she thinks that Chaerin is backing out on her proposal which made her feel happy at the same time worried where she will get the money

 

“Just give me a week to pay you Chaerin..”Dara said, Chaerin looks at her

 

“What the hell are you talking about?”Chaerin asked

 

“You’re backing out on your proposal and thank you for that but please give me enough time to save some money so I can pay you..” Dara answered and then Chaerin laughs

 

“You’re thinking I’m backing out, oh my dear Dara, who told you I would do that?”Chaerin asked her then give her back the paper again

 

“I just added a few things on the proposal, that’s all..”Dara look at the paper and saw Chaerin’s hand-writing on, after she read the last page, she look at Chaerin and almost yell at her

 

“You want me to quit my current job and work for you?!! Are you ing out of your mind?!”

 

“Nope!”

 

“I won’t quit my job Chaerin! That job helped me a lot! So no!”

 

“Or you just want to be with Kiyong that’s why you don’t want to?”

 

“Damn it! He’s my friend for goodness sakes!”

 

“Okay fine then forget my offer and you can leave!”Chaerin leans her back on the chair and look straight at Dara, on the other hand, she can’t believe what Chaerin wants her to do

 

Is she trying to manipulate my life?!!!

 

“I said you can go now..”Chaerin repeated, Dara then stands up, look at her for one last time, turn around and walk-away

 

Nice going Chaerin!

 

But then she sees Dara stop on her tracks

 

“I’ll do it..”she heard her said

 

“Sorry?”Chaerin asked but there’s a big smile on her face

 

“I said I’ll do it. If you want me to quit my job then be it!”Dara answered, Chaerin almost jump from her chair but stops herself from doing it, she saw Dara turn around and look at her

 

“Happy now?”Dara asked her in a sarcastic way but Chaerin just smile at her

 

“You have no idea..”Chaerin answered

 

“If we’re done talking, I need to go..”

 

“Yeah but there’s one more thing you need to know before you go, baby..”

 

“What is it and please don’t call me baby!”before Chaerin answer her question, she stands up, grab the folder resting on the other side of the table, walks towards Dara and lean a little closer to her

 

“I want you to know that..”Chaerin said and lean closer to Dara’s ears and whisper something, Dara then furrow her eyebrows, push Chaerin and said

 

“YOU WANT ME TO WHAT?!!!”
