the time of your life

Description

He still remembered the way she smelled, but it had been three months. Most people told him that it was good that they broke up; it would've destroyed them both if they kept dating. But he couldn't understand what they were saying. Three months doesn't give room for a lot of perspective. God, he felt like everything had happened so fast, but at the same time he could pin point each situation and replay in intense emotion. He was gonna marry that girl someday. But here he was, putting on his watch in the mirror, getting ready for the night. He sighed before he put on his blazer. He closed the door in hopes that his memories would stay in the house.

Foreword

I've been thinking of writing this for a long time, but then it took me about half a year to complete it. It's not that good, but I enjoyed writing it, because it really says what I wanted to convey. I hope that you enjoy it as well!

Chapter 1: Wow. I haven't read something this concise yet deep, I think, ever? You just wrote it with this sense of rawness and comfortability that it was just such a hooker. My favorite line was the last line. It wrapped everything up satisfactorily. This was a really good read. I'm so glad I came across this.
