THUMP

Some ice creams on Donghyuk’s hand fell down on the floor. Someone just bumped into him. He immediately rushed to take the ice creams back on his hands. But then, there was sneakers in front of his eyes so when he looked up to see a girl with mask on her face. Donghyuk, who was a warm-hearted, smiling faintly at the girl, assuming her the one who accidentally knocked into him. After grabbing all the ice creams, he stood up, smiling again at her after he bowed and as he was about to past her, his eyes widen when the girl said,

“Leave IKON.” And the girl strode out past him as she witnessed Bobby who was walking toward them.

“Yah Donghyuk. Who is that girl?” Bobby looked at the girl suspiciously before glancing the younger boy who was unmoving at his place, face pallid and eyes a little red. “Yah Kim Donghyuk! Are you okay? You look pale. You want to go back now? Why you didn’t tell us that you’re unwell?!” but there was no response from the other. “Yah!”

“O-Oh what Bobby hyung?” Donghyuk looked at the older, confused.

“What happen? What did she say to you?” Bobby was clearly worried and perplexed, written on his face.

“Nothing hyung. Now, let’s go pay these!” The vocalist smiled and sprinted to the cashier. The rapper sighed but followed the latter anyway.

The walk to dorm was quiet. Yet again, the one who laughed didn’t make any sound. Not only that, the rapper seemed too worried for the younger to actually converse. The younger was the one who always so bright, talking and laughing about everything even if it was not that funny. Kim Donghyuk is IKON’s sunshine. Without Donghyuk, maybe IKON will not shine brightly on stage. For the members include the new maknae, Jung Chanwoo, who was still new in their years of friendship, thinking that Donghyuk was the one who they need to protect even if he also had haters (he liked to ignore it).  

In the other hand, Donghyuk can’t stop thinking. Is that girl who sent all those letters? Is she following us from the dorm?  Why would she do that? Why she want me to quit IKON so badly? What did I do wrong? 

“Donghyuk..”

“Yes hyung?” Donghyuk muttered without looking at the older.
