It is absolutely ok!!

♦ Do you jugde much on grammar?

Okay, this one. We aren't native speakers and me (clasicoustic-) doesn't speak English fluent either so we don't really too... what do we say, "fanatic"? As long as it's standard english we are fine. It's also to make us easier to read and to know if an event is on the past or the present too. If you aren't confident with your grammar, you can ask for beta/reviewer's help :))

♦ I still want my story with layout because it suits my story

Then please make it mobile-friendly :)

♦ What do I do if my story has sensitive topic(s) in it?

There are some topics that people can handle to certain extent, so to make it comfortable for all to read, you can write those sensitive topics but not showing it too much. You need to use your creativity for this ;) (you might want to try expressing the character's feelings in some scenes with mature content - ex: abuse, violent, of maybe bullying - instead of showing too much of what happened to them directly)
