OMG. ALYSSA MONKS.

She is literally the most inspirng artist I've ever seen. She used to be chastized for focusing on particular details, so when she was told to let loose, she really did, and the results are amazing.

She does a lot of landscape and portrait mixes, but my favorite is her collection of paintings of girls in the shower:
