“Guess who I saw earlier???” I enthusiastically greeted as I 

entered our dormitory, hoping to catch everyone’s attention.

And ..... 3.... 2.... 1...

*krooo krooo*

Nothing.

No one.

Alone.

Yep. My life.

The girls must be out somewhere partying, having fun with their lives.

 It’s good. They’re happy. I can’t wish anything more for them.

 They deserve it.

I hurriedly walked to my room, sprawled on my bed, and shouted. 

Yep. Shouted. “Aaaaahhhhhhh~!!!” but not the scared shout, 

not an angry shout, and definitely not a frustrated shout.

 Well, just an expressive shout. Haha. (Weird, right?)

 I think I’m going to die soon enough if I never let out the emotions

 deep within my heart. Well, I can’t talk to anyone. 

I can’t possibly share this wonderful emotions deep within me. 

And so I resort to shouting. 

Haha so refreshing. All of you should try it some time. :)

I just saw Jessica. I just talked to Jessica. I just saw her captivating smile. 

I just heard her angelic voice. I just shook her soft and delicate hands. 

And on top of that, I’m gonna see her tomorrow!! 

“Eeeeehhhhhh.... Aaaaahhhhh~!!! Jessica!!”

I shouted and whimpered and giggled and shouted even more while

 ing both my hands and feet up in the air, twirling around

 like a cute little worm. I know it may seem like an exaggeration

 of my emotions, but trust me, those actions didn’t even reach

 the level of emotions I felt right then and there when I saw her. 

She’s my long time crush, and might as well say my first love. >//<

*Flashback*

Snap. Snap. Click. Click. Pose. Smile. Wave.

 Walk like a queen. Stop. Pose. Smile. Now to the other side. 

Snap. Snap. Click. Click.

The red carpet is surely not one to mess with. 

Everyone’s attention is focused on you. Camera flashes were everywhere. 

The blinding flashes together with the elegant glow of the bulbs

 made the night lit up even more.

 As I finished my walk down the red carpet for the Lane Crawford’s event, 

halting temporarily at the other end waiting for the staff to lead my way

 into the hall, a beautiful angel followed me suit on the red carpet.

 I was stunned (but in a good way). True story. 

She waved and smiled with her twinkling eyes as the cameras 

capture her sweet and elegant persona. She’s a natural.

 She made it seem like walking on the red carpet is not such a big deal. 

She’s practically living the moment. 

Step after step, her shiny chestnut colored hair bounced down her shoulders, 

and flowed beautifully down her torso, enveloping her black silky dress 

along the process. She effortlessly caught my breath.

 She’s so beautiful. No doubt about that. 

“Uhm Miss Kim, I’ll accompany you to your seat.” the staff suddenly appeared

 in front me, cutting my sight away from the beautiful angel walking towards me. 

“Oh right now?” I unconsciously stated while finding a good view to recapture

 the angel’s beauty. 

“Of course. Miss Kim, come now before the other guests reach your spot.”

Oh right!

“Yeah Yeah you’re right. Of course. Lead the way.”

After a few minutes, the event finally started. Introductory speeches,

 partnership announcements and whatnots. My attention wasn’t really 

focused on the speaker in front. My gaze was everywhere, 

looking for the angel earlier. With all the guests, which are all celebrities

 and business tycoons, blocking my view, I resigned back to my seat

 and just decided to focus my attention in front. 

“I would like to introduce you all, to my product endorser, 

      and more importantly to my newest business partner, 

      the CEO of Blanc and Eclare, Miss Jessica Jung!”

 Mr. Crawford enthusiastically announced to the now cheering and

 ever supportive crowd. Applauses and cheers dominated the entire hall. 

Everyone must love this new partner huh. Who is she by the way.

 Her name sounded familiar. It was everywhere in the fashion world.

 Hmm I might as well take a look at her. 

And I must say, that decision changed my life.

The angel’s name is Jessica Jung. Jessica.

 A beautiful name for a beautiful woman like her. 

As Jessica reached the microphone happily handed by Mr. Crawford, 

her angelic voice filled the air. It’s such a wonder how such a petite 

and fragile-looking woman achieved so much in her professional life, 

becoming a successful model and business woman in just her age.

 I don’t exactly know her age, but I can definitely tell that she’s too

 young to become a CEO. She’s amazing.

 And she was able to continue surprising me more about her 

throughout the entire evening. 

The clinking of the champagne glasses echoed the entire hall as

 the dinner was served. Happy chatters and laughters from table

 to table lasted until my name was finally called.

“Ladies and gentlemen, let us all welcome South Korea’s pride....

       Miss Kim Taeyeon!”

 the emcee announced, welcoming me on stage.

As I settled myself in front of the piano, everyone’s attention

 is now focused on me. Including hers. I never believed in stomach flutters, 

fireworks and rainbows when a special someone notices and looks at you.

 I never believed to any of that stuff. Until now.

Until Jessica happened in my life.

As I started  the keys, I heard the crowd’s welcoming and 

acknowledging claps. But when I focused my attention to her. 

It seemed like time stopped, and there was only me and Jessica and her clap. 

She clapped at me. She looked at me while clapping her hands melodiously.

Yep. Hands down. I like her. Well, more than like. I love her.

 Her very being inspires me.
