Chapter 2: Flutter

Just like any other days she had gone through she comes to the exact same restaurant everyday. She comes without missing a single day, even though on weekends and on her days off. Not that she eats that much but...

...the person works in the restaurant interests her.

The first time she visited the restaurant was because of someone she knew but hadn't meet for a long time works in the same place but soon she got attached to someone else.

"Jisoo, you come, again!"

Soojung who just came in the restaurant called for the girl who's waiting for her order. Jisoo grins sheepishly at the older girl. "I'm craving for ramyun everyday," has always been Jisoo's excuse. "Ramyun is not even the special dish," Soojung said while chuckling. "But it's Special Curry Ramyun," Jisoo defends. Soojung shakes her head.

"I know you come here not just because of the ramyun and definitely not for me," Soojung claimed and begins to walk away. "I know you come for her." Jisoo catches the last sentence came out from Soojung and a red tint comes up to her cheeks.

Jisoo knew Soojung from their college days and they lost contact for a quite long period of time. When she came to 'Kei Restaurant' firstly she was glad and angry mixed up upon seeing Soojung working there. Glad and happy because she had always wished to hear any news about the older girl who's always so nice towards her and angry because Soojung just disappeared at one time and caused for them to lose contact.

And when Soojung introduced someone to her, she felt a familiar feeling.

"Jisoo, this is Yoo Jiae, a friend of mine. We're from the same neighborhood. Jiae, this is Jisoo, a junior from college!" was what Soojung said when the girl named Jiae showed up beside Soojung when seeing like the older girl had gotten in trouble with someone. But it turned out Jisoo was someone her housemate used to know.

Jisoo bowed at the girl named Jiae and the other girl returned the same thing. And when Jiae smiled at her, she felt a warm feeling crept up inside her. The way Jiae smiled was something Jisoo could never shake off from her mind.

Her eye smile, the way Jiae's nose scrunch. They made Jisoo addicted.

"She's the one who cooked your Special Curry Ramyun," Soojung added and the dish had become her favorite food since then.

Jisoo's smile creeps out every time she recalls the day she met Soojung again and leads to a fate Jisoo never imagines in her life.

"She comes again today" Soojung said.

Jiae looks up from folding her dried laundry. 'She' whom Soojung's referring to is someone Jiae knows for a short time.

"Ah, she... the one who orders Special Curry Ramyun every day, right Soojung unnie?" Myungeun asked. Soojung nods. And Myungeun has reasons to tease Jiae again for the day.

Everyone in the apartment (well practically just Soojung, Myungeun and Jiae) knows Jiae has an attraction for one of their regular customer. Jiae had said it was just an admiration for the customer's flawless features but Soojung claimed it as admiration while Myungeun...
