Foreword

“Hello?” Chanyeol mumbled out tiredly.
There was a moment of silence on the other line before a sigh of relief told Chanyeol that the line wasn’t dead. A soft voice could be heard right after. “Chief?  What happened to your cell? I tried to reach you”
Chief investigator, Chanyeol, looked towards the wall that had been a victim to the attack by the flying cell.
The screen on the phone was cracked and the only half of the battery was still in it. How was that even possible? A battery shouldn’t be able to do that.
Chanyeol sighted loudly. “Uhm, that’s not important Sehun. Why did you call?”
A loud laugh escaped from said man. “Seriously Yeol? You destroyed that one too? Already? It hasn’t even been a week. It’s the fourth this month!”

Chapter 2: i love this SO MUCH!!! This was perfect! Is it based on the Leo Dicaprio movie with the same title? I LOVE THAT MOVIE TOO!! It’s always been one of my favorites. I just really liked the relationship Leo had with Officer Hanratty. I knew he had a soft spot for Frank, so when he said all those mean things in the phone call during christmas, it really made me sad ;( poor Frankie.

I really liked your adaptation tho! It’s perfect! I love how u made yeol immediately go weak at Baek’s charms hahaha. That part in the maze where Baek nearly cried at the thought of Mr. Fluffy being taken away broke my heart T-T I wish this fanfic never ends but it’s already such a good ending!

Perhaps if you’re thinking of a sequel, you could have another big named criminal show up, giving a hard time for the officers to catch him (just like Baek, except he wasn’t as tame as Baek). The story could focus on how Baek felt jealous bcs Yeol’s more focused on catching the new bad guy than going on his little chase after baek, so he gives yeol the silent treatment at home (or myb even moved back to his apartment if hes that petty lmao). Yeol gets stressed w trying to deal w the new criminal’s frustrating case and dealing w his sulking boyfriend, which he felt he knew he had to choose between. But then Yeol gets a message from the new criminal somehow, claiming that he knows abt their secret relationship and that if he continued to search for him, he’d put Baek in danger or smth like that. A very clichéd story plot, i know, bUT IT SOUNDS SO OOMFT!

My favorite character in this story is definitely Baek. He truly knows how to steal hearts with that cute smile of his xD

Chapter 2: OH MY GOD. I didn't think I would love this story so much!! This is soooooo good. I wish it's longer. You could easily make a real movie out of this plot!!!
