“Are you just going to keep eating,” Seunghyun says, giving me a hinting look as he sets his own silverware down.

“I have to, if I want to have any strength for your surprise marathons,” I say sweetly but give him a wink.

“Fine then, eat away, tank,” he teases back.

“I did make one too many waffles,” Jiyong says in a not-so-humble, sing-song voice as he picks up his plate- as well as Youngbae’s and Seungri’s. “Are you done eating, Seunghyun?”

“After watching Daeseong tuck away enough to feed at least three people, I may never eat again.”

“Stop picking on me,” I grumble playfully between bites.

“Dae, stop talking with your mouth full,” Jiyong chides me airily.

I shut my mouth and continue chewing the piece of bacon I had just ‘inhaled’, as Seunghyun likes to say. It does not really bother me that he teases me about my eating habits. We both work out together so he knows I actually, always manage to keep the weight off. I am more muscular than him- thanks to all of my eating and exercise.

“Well, I have to say that we did pretty well cooking a real, American breakfast for the first time in our lives,” Jiyong is still using his sing-song voice as he washes the dishes. “When in Rome, do as the Romans do, yes?”

You would think a guy like him would shy away from housework. But whatever, right? It is nice to have someone other than myself doing the dishes. It leaves me more time to eat my heart out, if I really feel like it. After placing my own plate in the sink, I make a beeline for the fridge. I remember leaving myself one slice of cheesecake hidden in the back last night when we all got home from the restaurant. I live to eat. And you gotta eat to live, right?

“Are you eating again,” this time it is Youngbae chiding me.

“Yesh,” I mutter with cheesecake in my mouth.

“Stop talking with your mouth full,” Jiyong shouts from the kitchen. At least he is not telling me to stop eating. I would hate it if someone tried to tell me stop that.
