“She’ll be fine” Tiffany said as he hugs Siwon from the back. No word can describe how thankful she is to Siwon, for loving her daughter, like his own. For those long years, she never felt like Siwon was never a father to Wendy. He is no different to any father she knows, to be honest he’s even better than others

“If I just can heal the pain she’s having now” Siwon whispers, holding the girl’s hand, Tiffany leans her chin on her husband’s shoulder. They look at the girl silently, and they cannot deny that she’s not a kid anymore, and she deserves to know the truth about her whole being, even if it breaks her heart

“If we just told her” Siwon sighs. He regret for being selfish before, He cannot deny the fact that he was, for not telling Wendy because of the fear of losing her, and Tiffany

“You need to rest” Tiffany said, holding his hand. She encircled her arms around Siwon’s waist as the man hugs her tight.

Feeling the sun rays through the curtains, hitting her face, Wendy slowly open her eyes; she look around, and there she realized she’s in her room, she’s wearing the pink pajamas her father bought for her when she won the last dance competition she joined, and she’s tucked to the bear he gave her on her 10th birthday. She smiles, she misses her dad, but she still cannot accept that the man she loves the most lied to her

Taking small steps, Wendy walks to her bathroom, taking a warm bath. She knows this day will be one of her hardest days again but she doesn’t want to be late for her practice

It’s exactly seven oçlock in the morning when she came down. Tiffany and Siwon talked about how they’ll deal with the situation the night before and they decided just to take things just like before, not to change anything; on how they treat the girl, and how their daily errands go must not be affected with the problem they’re facing now for it will just make things worse and make Wendy’s burdens harder

“Good morning baby” Tiffany smiles as the girl came. Not like before, Wendy didn’t give a kiss on her dad’s cheek, nor her mom. She just sat and took her cutleries

“Baby, you’ll have your practice right? So we need to hurry. My Princess must not be late” Siwon tried to act like nothing happened. He is used to talk Wendy like she’s still a little girl as the girl loves to act like a baby as well. That’s how close they are.

Siwon looks at Tiffany as he didn’t get any answer from their daughter and his wife just gave him a smile

“Baby? You want mom to be with you?” Tiffany said, but the girl just shakes her head

“I need to go mom” Wendy said and stands, not even looking at her father

“I’ll just take a cab” She stutter; she was about to leave when Siwon suddenly held her wrist

“Princess, Dad misses you so much, you’re not talking to daddy” Siwon said, looking at the girl’s eyes.

“I am just confused dad” The girl said, almost in tears, as she takes her father’s hand off her, and left

“Yah! Wendy, why are you crying again?” Wendy’s friend, Joy asks as she sat beside her closest friend. She noticed Wendy since after her 18th birthday. She is not the Wendy they used to know. She’s not talking, nor participating in their practice

“Why Wend? Any problem? You can share it to me” Joy pats Wendy’s back, but Wendy just moves away, turning her back, and cried even harder. She is hugging her knees tight, seems asking for someone to help her but she knows no one can

“Hey, Do you want me to call Dr. Siwon?” Joy asks, knowing that, only Siwon, and no one, even Tiffany can calm Wendy if she’s in this state; but Wendy shakes her head. She wipes her face with the back of her hand and pressed her knuckles on , afraid that anyone will hear her sobs

“Wend?” Joy became so worried, but she decided to give Wendy some space, for she knows, she’s not a person who will take things seriously if it doesn’t affects her that much

Joy was about to go back in the practice room when she heard her phone beeps, and she received a message from Tiffany

Mrs. Choi

Hi sweetheart, sorry to bother you but I just want to ask how Wendy is doing?

Joy sighs, and looks at her best friend. God knows she doesn’t want to interfere but she cannot take seeing Wendy

She’s not okay Mrs. Choi, she’s been like this since last week
