If you are ever in a relationship and your partner ever threatens, hits or hurts you in any way with the full intention of doing so, get out of that relationship and reach out to loved ones for help. Being in this kind of relationship is unhealthy and if they show no signs of trying to change then it’s not up to you to try and change them. I cannot stress enough how far you need to run if anything like this happens.
