Always being overshadowed by her friend’s beauty Hyosung had never really been noticed.

Kai yawned loudly feelings his eyes tear up. He shrugged his shoulders sniffing and rubbing his eyes as he dragged his feet around the corner of the street. His battered blazer hung down from his hands as he couldn’t be bothered to put it on.

“Are you lost?”

Hearing a soft velvety voice Kai halted, his head twisted to the direction where it came from. Lifting his chin a bit his eyes caught a figure of a girl crouching down to a puppy. Her hands were the puppy ever so gently.

“Don’t worry I will find your home.” The dog seemed to bark back in reply and her hands.

Then and there a huge smile lay across her lips. Her eyes glistened and everything seemed to shine.

Before Kai could call out to her she was gone.

He wished he could see just a little bit more.
