Knock knock…. Knock knock

"Ya! Don't open the door! Don't open it!" Myungsoo shouted from the bathroom

"Kim Myungsoo! It's emergency! I can't hold it in anymore!!" Sungyeol replied

"Use another bathroom! I'm in middle of developing pictures, so don't you dare open the door!"

"Yaah~ Sungjongie is taking bath!"

"Then go to Sunggyu hyung's apartment!"

"Aishh! Kim Myungsoo!! The photos better be good!"

Myungsoo heard a loud groan followed by footsteps and closing of front door. He let out a long breath, relieved that his photo developing session wasn’t interrupted. Although it started as a hobby, photography was now an important part of his life. This time, he was learning developing photos on his own, and he didn’t want his hard work going to waste just like that. He looked at the pictures that were drying and smiled in contentment at the result.

"Hyung, where did Sungyeol hyung go? He promised to play games with me today." Sungjong asked, his hair still wet from the bath

"Ah, he went to Sunggyu hyung's apartment to use bathroom since ours were occupied."

"Did you develop pictures today too?"

"Yeah, they are still getting dried in the room, so stay out of it for a while okay? I'm going to go out to park to take some pics."

"Arasso. It's cold, so wear something warm."

Covered head to toe in warm clothes, Myungsoo headed out to the apartment's park. Few children always occupy the park, so it was one of his favorite place to pass time clicking photos. This park also had a good view of the entrance so he could be alert of paparazzi or stalkers. He took his usual stop and started taking photos. He looked at the watch, and looked expectantly at the entrance but there was no one. He waited for an hour, and looked expectantly whenever someone passed by but the one in his mind wasn’t one of them

Maybe she is busy today?

It was about time the pictures dried so he went back to the apartment, feeling somewhat dissatisfied.

"So, you got enough photos for the day?" Sungyeol asked and he nodded.

"Ya, thank god that Sunggyu hyung wasn't in the apartment. Otherwise how much nagging I would have been exposed to just because of your obsession with photography!"

"Mian mian. " Myungsoo apologized lightheartedly and headed into the room

Sungyeol followed behind asking Myungsoo to show him the pics

Myungsoo hurriedly picked up the dried pictures and put part of them into the locker.

"Why are you putting them away?" Sungyeol asked as he took a look at the pictures handed to him by Myungsoo

"They…they are just pictures of flower that didn’t come out well." Myungsoo stuttered

"Why don’t I believe that? And you always lock that locker! Are you hiding something??" Sungyeol's curiosity was sparkled

"It's nothing I'm telling you. Let's go eat lunch now." Myungsoo tried to steer Sungyeol out but Sungyeol was having none of it. He was unnecessarily quick and snatched the pictures from the locker.

"Ya! Give it back!" Myungsoo tried to get it back before Sungyeol saw the content, but he was too late

"Flowers huh? She sure is beautiful flower." Sungyeol said with a smirk and Myungsoo sighed in defeat.

"What's going on?" Both of them froze at the voice of their leader coming from the hallway

"It's pictures that Myungsoo took. Of flowers." Sungyeol said mischievously

"How did it come out? Let me see." Sunggyu was approaching them, and Myungsoo had to prevent the leader from seeing those pictures. He tried to snatch the pictures from Sungyeol but Sungyeol put it out of reach. Using it as last method, Myungsoo tickled Sungyeol. But because of being tickled unexpectedly,Sungyeol lost his footing and let go of the pictures.

All three of them stared in dismay as the picture flew out of the window. They hurriedly gathered near the window to see the pictures falling down… and noticed a familiar figure walking to the direction of falling pictures

"Ya. Kim Myungsoo. Your flower is going to see the pictures!" Sungyeol reported, but Myungsoo had long ran out of the apartment.

"Ya, what do you mean by that?" Sunggyu asked with puzzled look but Sungyeol just avoided

"Hyung, why are you here anyway?"

That was definitely a bad question as Sungyeol ended up getting nagged for earlier….

Eunji decided to treat herself to something delicious today. She definitely deserved it after that gruesome session at the gym today.  Her mood brightened at the thought of delicious food as she walked into their apartment compound.

As if it was a habit, her eyes went to the park

So he isn't here today, huh? Seeing him taking picture around the park was the usual sight when she returned from her daily gym sessions. And as if it was a routine, their eyes would meet, they would bow and part ways after exchanging a smile. Sometimes she would stay to play with some kids, and he would just be taking photos in the background.

But today, he wasn't there.

Suddenly, she saw something falling from sky. It couldn't be snow as they were pretty big. One fell right on the playground's slide and she went to retrieve it curiously.

She picked up the paper and looked at the content in surprise.

It was her. Her picture.

She collected the rest of the pictures too, and all of them were of hers. Some smiling, some sneezing and some playing with kids.

Before she could come to conclusion about them, she heard running footsteps and turned around to the source.

There stood Kim Myungsoo, all out of breath and looking worriedly at the pictures on her hand

Those pictures suddenly made sense to her

He ran as fast as he could, as if his life depended on it praying that she hadn't seen those pictures. He didn’t want to come off as a creep or something. Him taking her pictures started as a coincidence really. It was just one day when he was taking pictures that she appeared on the camera lens, and he instinctively ended up snapping her pictures. Through the lens, he saw the different sides of her and soon he was waiting for her on daily basis just to capture even more of her. Even the little bit of time they spent together became precious time to him, and he didn’t know when he began to look forward to those time.

He reached the playground and saw her clutching the pictures.

I'm too late

She looked up at him

"Is there any chance that you haven't seen them?" he asked, his voice coming out breathless

She shook her head sideways

"I assume you took those?" she asked, looking through the pictures

"I'm sorry...."

"You take really good photos." She replied with a smile

"Thank…you?" he replied cautiously

"Do you have habit of taking random girls photo in secret?" she asked teasingly

"I swear I don’t! It's only you! " he denied earnestly, missing the tiny smile on her face

"I'm kind of angry though."

"I get you being angry. You have every right to be! I mean, I would have been angry if I was you." He agreed

"I'm angry you didn’t ask me so I could have modeled more properly." She said, surprising him

"Next time, tell me in advance so I can at least be more presentable! I mean, these are all taken after gym!"

He broke a small smile, with a tiny hope that this encounter is going in a direction that he hadn't predicted

"I'll do that. And if I ask you to model for me in another place, would you come with me?" he asked, suddenly getting courageous

"Kim Myungsoo shhi. Is that an invitation to date?" she teased

"It definitely was."

"I'd definitely come with you then!" she replied, giving him the kind of smile that made him press the shutter in the first place

This was in my draft for so long that I had forgotten about it!
