Chanyeol is an underground detective, hired by the powerful Kris Li to solve the disappearance of Huang Zitao. The problem is, Zitao was never registered as a citizen in Korea nor China, so technically, Zitao never even existed. In addition, there's a distraction by the name of Byun Baekhyun.
