I like this alternate world you've created, using exo's powers and including mythical creatures and such. And how each of their powers are awakening one by one...ooh I can't wait to read more!!
And really I don't know what Baekhyun will do next. He's totally in denial. He wants Chanyeol but what's holding him back? What's so "wrong" about them?

Chapter 12: Ooh, I like your take on Jongin's ability. Making it a bit more complex than normal teleportation is very cool and I like how unique your version of his power is. ^^ I can understand Sehun's anger, since he and Junmyeon are supposed to have a deeper connection but Junmyeon kept such a huge secret from him. He's upset that Junmyeon didn't trust him enough to tell him and that's not an unreasonable reaction to have.

Chapter 12: Hi, nice update. What other powers jongin would have?!! So is he going to come to Seoul institute and work with others or is he going to hide? Well Yixing knows about his power so maybe he can help jongin.
I think if he comes to Seoul jongin would get along with Baekhyun because both of them are so clueless about shadow hunters and want a normal life, so they can understand each other better. And maybe Chanyeol would get a bit jealous, haha I'd love that.
Jongdae is funny and he is so confident about his job. If he has power too he would get so out of control I guess but minseok is a lot more mature and I think joonmyeon will like him a lot and they will get along well and Sehun would be mad. And I don't think Sehun is overreacting. He is joonmyeon parabatai and I guess he is like joonmyeon soul mate so keeping secrets is not well taken, right?
And my sweet chanbaek are the most beautiful part. I liked when baekhyun pulled Chanyeol closer despite saying it's not right and Chanyeol gave his first kiss to baekhyun so he is so into him and he really likes baek. But I think baekhyun would be awkward next morning coming. I hope Chanyeol would be able to corner baekhyun more and we'll see baekhyun lose control more and can't resist Chanyeol and maybe more kissing ;)

And for the other questions... I don't think Sehun is unreasonable. It kinda fits his character. Their bond is supposed to be pretty strong and still Myeon made him worry and wasn't honest with him. I don't really understand why he would hide anything from Sehun of all people (even though you explained I don't like his reasoning) so I think it's okay to be mad. He'll come around eventually.
I'm very excited for Xing and Jongin and it's fun to read about how useless Jongdae (and Minseok) are with electronics xD
