BACKGROUND : hee was born moon hee on the 12th of february, just two days before valentine's day on 1995 in a neighborhood in mokpo. she goes to a normal elementary and middle school in mokpo, eventually going to a high school in seoul to fulfill her dreams of becoming an idol. her first idea was that she was going to enroll in a performing arts school and become a trainee at the same time, but she thinks that wouldn't work out and her parents share the same thought. they'd suggested she graduate from school first before thinking of choosing the entertainment industry as her career and hee honestly just goes with it. she's just glad that her parents were accepting of the fact that she wanted to be an idol, because not many parents wants the same for their child. she does okay in both middle and high school – nothing too extraordinary and nothing too bad, just the fact that she got chased by fans a lot and tends to open her lockers to over-flowing love letters when it's valentine's day, but she was an all-in-all normal student.
she'd decided to audition for three companies at first: bighit, source music and lemon entertainment. the other two being her top choices, being rejected from either and only getting accepted by lemon entertainment honestly dampens her spirit just a little bit. it isn't that she looks down on lemon, but they just weren't superior to the other two. she worries about her future, about the outcome of her training years. she worries about the treatment, the trainees, the living conditions. it soon became clear to her that whether she likes it or not, she'd have to endure it to the end and become an idol. debut for her parents, who spent a lot of money on her ever since she left home. bad thoughts were chased away and hee tries to remain entirely positive through the whole thing. this pays off when she was announced as the official visual and main vocalist of the upcoming co-ed group, seaing, but now she's plunged into the ever-so-confusing world of idols, scandals and countless controversies.

YEARS OF TRAINING : 3 years and 5 months
TRAINEE EXPERIENCE : trainee life was, to put it simply, different than how she'd expected it to be. she had thought that it would include bullying and food rationing, maybe something even worse than that because a hard and ruthless trainee life isn't unheard of in the industry. when she'd first entered the company, hee had even thought that “maybe i can survive this for at least 4 years, at most.” not to say that it was easy, of course, because it wasn't. it was tiring – practices sometimes go late into the night, there are monthly evaluations and even an individual talent test every two or three months and she's slowly running out of motivation to do all these with all her heart put into it. she was once a bright, energetic trainee like everyone else but now she gets why the others tend to sigh a lot when it's at a certain date of the month, a certain time. she relates to them when they moaned about wanting ramen, about wanting to eat more than just fruits. hee used to be afraid to voice out her discomfort and disagreement with the tight diet routine but had let it pass when she knows it's for her image after debut, anyways. there's no point in fighting, in obsessing over it. so why should she waste her energy and time on such fruitless effort? she chooses to let those things go, to remind herself that this is for her and does her best in training. she passes all her evaluations and became friends with almost all the trainee the small company housed. she cheers them up when things get rough, she teaches them stuffs and she listens to their rants and worries, becomes a mother and an older sister figure for the younger ones. trainee life wasn't easy for her, but no one had said that it was going to be easy.
SCHOOL LIFE : lucky for her, she became a trainee after she graduated from school. knowing that it would be hard for her to keep up with her studies and at the same time perform her best as a trainee, hee decides that she'd only become a trainee after she'd fully graduated from school. only then she'd be able to throw herself into the relentless, rough life of a trainee and hee thinks she'd fare better than younger trainees who'd have to think of their grades, their academic involvement and their friends at school. at school, though, back when she wasn't a trainee – hee had been a normal school girl, who gets abnormal amount of chocolates and love letters on valentine's day. she gets confessions daily, too, but hee had been too consumed with wanting to be an idol and performer, that she ignored all of them. she wasn't the best in all her classes or even in her grades, but she gets average marks and she thinks she actually learned something throughout her years as a student, so none of them actually goes to waste. hee thinks if this whole idol thing doesn't work out, she'll actually go and maybe take a college entrance exam.
CURRENT LIFESTYLE : for now, hee lives in the company's dorm alongside the other female members. she's considered the mom, despite being only twenty-one this year and sometimes cooks and buy groceries for their dorm. she even assigned members for their weekly cleaning routine and so far, everything had worked out well for all of them. there were complaints here and there, but none that she isn't used to hearing. most of it were playful, off-hand remarks anyway and she knows the members would know that she isn't being selfish when she gave out the roles. hee thinks the dorm isn't so bad, although there are times when she hopes they could afford a lot more space. she takes what she can get with the dorm, mainly because she isn't very picky when it comes to living conditions. as long as she have a roof above her head and somewhere warm to sleep on, then she can live.

PERSONALITY : the only word that hee would use to describe the younger guy would be, “loud.” with his tall height and his intimidating voice, one would've thought of woon as a scary, stoic man who doesn't laugh nor smile but how ironic it is that this boy does nothing but laugh and smile. it seems as though he'd never feel pain, or had never harbor any bad feelings – he's always.. happy, and peaceful, and ready to give the biggest reaction and the loudest laughter to anyone's joke or idiotic actions. like a ray of sunshine in the group's otherwise painfully tense atmosphere, woon cheers up anyone he talks to. he's good at it, talking to people and comforting them, so hee is in full knowledge why everyone seems to brighten up when he's around them. there are times, however, when she thinks he needs to shut up and sit still for a second, because it seems as if woon doesn't know when to stop. his effort in wanting to keep everyone's mood bright is thanked, but he's late to catch onto stuffs and tends to blurt out lame jokes when everyone's tense and frozen, leading to evil glares being sent his way. being playful is good, but maybe not so when your fellow group member wants to tear each other's face off. regardless of that, hee and everyone else knows that the boy means well. he's just a bit late to pick on things sometimes. moon hee had always been very fond of woon ever since their faithful secret meeting on the company's rooftop. she thinks the younger boy raises her mood when she's so sick of practising over and over and being with him helps keep her inferior thoughts about blobfish off her mind. although she can be thought of as the trainee that is friends with all the other trainees, the others notice how she treats woon with more intimacy and tends to disappear off somewhere with him sometime during the middle of break. none of them know what's up with the both of them, but none of them is brave enough to ask, either, so the two gets to have private time on the company's rooftop each break, or when it's far too late into the night and they're the only two people still tirelessly preparing for their impending debut. from those nights spent on the rooftop – hee learns a lot about woon. the fact that the boy is younger, that he's 189 cm tall and that he comes from yeoseo-do. that he have a younger sister who's a bit mischievous at times, and that he gets along well enough with everyone. due to the fact that their age difference is only a year apart, both woon and hee finds it comfortable to be close to each other. when they're both too tired to talk, they'd just sit in silent together and listen to songs from each other's playlist. woon does realize how distant the older girl is when it comes to her background, but he'd never been brave enough to ask. he knows she have something on her mind at all times when they're together, but woon trusts her to confide in him when she actually fully trusts him. he hopes that time would come soon, so he would know more about this girl with the bright smile and the starry eyes.

moon hee had always been very fond of woon ever since their faithful secret meeting on the company's rooftop. she thinks the younger boy raises her mood when she's so sick of practising over and over and being with him helps keep her inferior thoughts about blobfish off her mind. although she can be thought of as the trainee that is friends with all the other trainees, the others notice how she treats woon with more intimacy and tends to disappear off somewhere with him sometime during the middle of break. none of them know what's up with the both of them, but none of them is brave enough to ask, either, so the two gets to have private time on the company's rooftop each break, or when it's far too late into the night and they're the only two people still tirelessly preparing for their impending debut. from those nights spent on the rooftop – hee learns a lot about woon. the fact that the boy is younger, that he's 189 cm tall and that he comes from yeoseo-do. that he have a younger sister who's a bit mischievous at times, and that he gets along well enough with everyone. due to the fact that their age difference is only a year apart, both woon and hee finds it comfortable to be close to each other. when they're both too tired to talk, they'd just sit in silent together and listen to songs from each other's playlist. woon does realize how distant the older girl is when it comes to her background, but he'd never been brave enough to ask. he knows she have something on her mind at all times when they're together, but woon trusts her to confide in him when she actually fully trusts him. he hopes that time would come soon, so he would know more about this girl with the bright smile and the starry eyes.
