SM Entertainment responds to the rumored 'leaked' 2015 release schedule circulating online
Fans may have seen a supposed lineup of SM artists' comebacks and debuts for the first-half of 2015 circulating online in the recent months. Many spread the schedule saying it was 'leaked', leaving fans to wonder about the validity of it. A media outlet even reported earlier today that it could be possible that someone within SM had secretly leaked it or that a fan had somehow gotten a hold of it to spread it around.
This alleged 'leaked' schedule reads,
January: SHINee's Jonghyun & EXO
February: Girls' Generation's Taeyeon & Red Velvet
March: SHINee's full-length album & EXO's repackaged album
April: SHINee's repackaged album & f(x)'s mini-album
May: Super Junior Yesung's solo album & Super Junior-M Henry's album & BoA's full-length album
June: TVXQ & S.M.ROOKIES' debut album
However, SM Entertainment spoke up to say this circulating schedule is not an official one from them, and that the listed agendas are not something that the agency has confirmed or finalized. A rep also denied the rumors of it being possibly leaked from an internal source, stating, "The information spreading online regarding SM's lineup for the first-half of 2015, which has been spreading online, has not been leaked from someone within the agency."
The only artist officially confirmed so far is SHINee's Jonghyun, who will make his solo debut with his 1st mini-album 'BASE' on January 12.
